That is also how I read it, just need to set up an account with capita and inform them of my holdings. I'm happy to sit on them for a year plus. Things will turn should they get 10000 bpd, as to how long that will take, only time will tell. GLA!
As I read it you can ask 10p for each share then capita will inform you of what the buyer will pay
Enjoy the holiday
Matched Bargaining Facility If anyone finds out what someone is currently willing to buy for, we should post here. Not sure how we'll know when the big investors what to increase their shares.
Could be an interesting couple of years! Let's all keep each informed and we might do surprisingly well.. Had a cheeky top up before I got on my plane, and it looks like a few others did as well. A gambler says beware of the Russian mafia knocking on your door and forcing you to sell! Idiot. Good luck all.. Regards. Ps red hot here in turkey and the pool is lovely.
Morning Chewy1, yes not my best investment but never say never, will will just have to hope they can do privately what they could never do publicly now.
Are outstanding, ie in the hands of us smaller investors? Just got to the stage of falling from 20p to 10 for ages big drop to 6, 4,4 0.5 whats the point as the money was lost ages ago, nothing to lose now whats a grand compared to whats gone. Wonder what Investors Chronicle have to say now? Wonder how wonderful Don is doing? time will tell, 10p would do me. LOL no chance
Trading in the Ordinary Shares after Cancellation Whilst the Board believes that the Proposals are in the best interests of the Shareholders as a whole, it recognises that the Cancellation will reduce the transparency of trading in the Company's shares. Following the Cancellation, although the Ordinary Shares will remain transferable, it will no longer possible to trade the shares on Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the Board has made arrangements for a matched bargain settlement facility with the Company's registrar, Capita Asset Services ("Capita"), (the "Facility") to be available with effect from Cancellation to enable Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares. Following the General Meeting and subject to the approval of the Resolutions, Capita will contact all shareholders with information on how to access this service. Contact details will also be provided on the Company's website once implemented. To access the Facility, Shareholders/new investors will need to complete and submit a postal dealing form, which will be processed by Capita on an order book. Where price expectations allow, orders will be matched between buyers and sellers, and Capita will make contact with the parties to confirm the price and arrange settlement. Capita have been chosen by the Company because they are one of the leading registrar services in the United Kingdom, they currently maintain the Company's register of Shareholders and they are one of the only matched bargain facility providers in the UK to provide this service using Crest registered shares (meaning existing Shareholders do not need a physical share certificate to trade using this service).
yes Azeus all good with this sleeping giant IMO, plus Poo on the rise.
Great idea having a different board. I was looking at 20p also, providing there is no compulsory sale, willing to hold on for a couple of years.
