Historical prices are utterly irrelevant when the facts are now completely different. RPO plans at the point of the rights issue was an assumed $100 barrel of oil and over 1 billion barrels 2P reserves. Oil is less than half this price and will not being going to $100 (if ever) for a very long time and 2P reserves are now certified at around 100 million barrels. The gas reserves have also been written off as uneconomic.
the last rights issue was at 10p and was over subscribed not that i was one of them !
Let me know if you get 10p , that was the price the RPO experts were shouting about.
Have contacted them, simple process, also asked them if any had been sold through them yet, still awaiting reply
Thought I would wait till Poo is back at $60+
Has anyone been in touch with or heard from Capita? I assume any of us holding shares outside of capita, first need to set up an account with capita and then transfer them over.
at least brexit didnt affect us lol
not yet Gambier but the the way Oil/Gas is going we will be heading in the right way ABW
Saudis are supplying oil at level that ensures low cost production removes higher cost production i.e a supply and demand equilibrium price. Tight oil was only allowed to develop at the speed it did because OPEC artificially kept oil above $100 dollars. You need to read economics 101 and try understand what an equilibrium price is. Options contracts nearly always lose money, they are just hedging against another position. So has anybody got over 10p for their shares yet?
disagree the saudi's are keeping oil artificially low to bankrupt tight oil producers
Sorry - $110.
$100 within three years - the options are already going in for that price/timescale ... Kill the Dollar (planned imo ...) and watch it/them go ...
Fracking* meaning tight oil acreage that is heterogenous and non-porous i.e. all of RPOs reserves
But oil prices are not artificially low. OPEC kept them artificially high when they were above $100, we now have prices determined by supply and demand and so a natural equilibrium is taking place. The RPO business plan was valid above $100, at these prices it cannot service its debt. Unless the oil price doubles, fracking in Russia is not economic, simples.
read an article today about investors capitalising on the artificially low price of energy supplier stocks particularly oil stocks as these companies are asset rich just low on capital, tide will turn one day
Stop getting so emotional, try using logic, reason and evidence, as much as it might be against your natural tendency. You have been wrong on everything you have stated, I have been proven correct. If what I say is such rubbish people will ignore it, as you a free to do yourself. The fact that you comment on every post I make, makes me want to post more. So go ahead, you and your emotionally unstable gang can continue with your cringe worthy emotional outbursts, it only serves to make my very basic posts look erudite.
Should you not be on another bb deramping the share to 1p. Regards.
Offer your shares for sale on the new system and see what price you get, that in itself will be harsh lesson, believe me.
