Nikola and NEL can now crack on with the fuelling stations without question !
As per Nikola presentation , NEL to be confirmed to start building fuelling stations , multiple, with confirmation to come before New Year ! Please see the Nikola presentation timeline from 2 months ago.
Probably another reason why Hexagon Composites has also hit year highs today along with NEL. BRILLIANT !!!
7% up today , news soon.

Overall, Mitsui aims to gain a stronger foothold in the global hydrogen business by acquiring insight into hydrogen demand creation and the downstream hydrogen business, as well as creating synergies with Hexagon Composites ASA, a Norwegian manufacturer of lightweight high-pressure hydrogen tanks in which Mitsui invested in 2016.

HYDROGEN Hexagon Composites sp following Nel asa both rise, both fall together approx 75% of the times. A very good US stable mate ready to run and run and bolt out from that stable like a stallion. Nel & Hexagon Composite = QUALITY
After some more research lookie lookie , if GM don't want the Nikola Deal then this guy will know all about it.
"Until August, Engle was president of GM’s $100 billion North American business unit. His team includes automotive experts like former supplier CEO and Ford Motor Co. executive Kathleen Ligocki and 15-year private equity veteran Sam Gabbita.
All three worked at Agility Fuel Solutions Holdings, a manufacturer of clean energy storage, delivery and conversion systems for commercial vehicle makers and fleets. Hexagon Composites ASA purchased the 50% of Agility it did not already own in November 2018.
Engle was CEO at Agility. He formerly led financially challenged European electric vehicle manufacturer Think EV. Engle joined GM in 2015. His roles included running GM’s global Chevrolet brand before taking on GM North America in 2019."
Maybe a the 1.5m bonds will help fund any cash needed to step in with the contract to supply Nikola with Hydrogen engines whilst partner Nel asa gets all the 448 electrolyser hydrogen fuelling stations just for Nikola Corp.
Announcement by Nikola on the Nel fuelling stations is due before year end as per presentations provided by Nikola on their website, also Nel CEO recently mentioned it in a conference call 2 months ago. Could be a big surprise for Hexagon Composites and their spin off mobility section Purus ?
Will happily wait and see.

Told you all yesterday both Nel & Hexagon move in tandem and even the timing of the daily markets, most of the time.
Gotta say - BLOODY HELL @@. BRILLIANT.
So even if GM drop out from Nikola deal, we probably get Hexagon Composites subsidy company with all the ex tesla guys to come onboard. Surely a whoop whoop moment ?
These guys are Ex Tesla.
This is VERY unusual from the Oslo Bors exchange.
In the 8 months I have held any share on Bors , I have never seen both Hexagon & Nel asa both start the day with a trading note saying they cannot forfill the instruction to buy , with a price to sell 5% approx the close Buy price ???
UP HEXAGON NK55.00 to SELL on open. Very very short on shares to sell on open.
"The selling price currently displayed is higher than the buying price. This can occur temporarily for a variety of reasons; shortly before the market opens, after the market closes or because of extraordinary price volatility during the trading day. "

"Hino will also develop a tractor-trailer powered by a Totoya hydrogen fuel cell, and other truck variants based on hydrogen and battery electric technology from Hexagon Purus and Xos Trucks.
Hino’s senior vice president Glenn Ellis and SVP Glenn Ellis made the announcement, which is a major coup for SEA Electric, in a video posted to Facebook.
Ellis said on Facebook: “This is our step into zero emission vehicles – we are developing the greatest breadth of zero emission vehicles in the industry.
“Zero emission technology is coming and quickly, and we are onto it. But we do want to be looking at all the different types of technology, and the different technology leaders. ”
The company plans new vehicles in class 4 to class 8 trucks and in the two major competing technologies for trucking – battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell plus battery electric drive trains."

Hexagon Purus is the distribution system for Hexagon Composites who hold 60% of the company.
HYDROGEN CONTRACT 2
"Hexagon Purus has signed a contract with Stadler Rail to develop cylinder storage system for the first hydrogen commuter train in the U.S.
The contract includes the development and homologation of a new cylinder and tank system to be approved in the U.S. The train will be built and tested in Switzerland and other European locations, then transferred to California in 2023.
“In the midst of the climate crisis, the demand for solutions that help reduce emissions across transport industries is growing rapidly. Hydrogen-powered trains are a smart solution to reduce local emissions without incurring the high cost of electrifying the tracks,” says Michael Kleschinski, Executive Vice President of Hexagon Purus. “We are pleased to help with the further development of the infrastructure need for this ground-breaking move in public transit.”
About the market
Replacing diesel trains with hydrogen-powered trains is an innovative way of reducing local emissions on train lines and to reduce the overall emission of harmful substances and greenhouse gas. It does not require massive track overhauls.
Driving energy transformation
Hydrogen is a clean and safe energy carrier that can be used as fuel for power in numerous applications. Hexagon Purus’ lightweight, durable all-composite Type 4 pressure vessel technology serves a wide range of mobility and storage applications in the hydrogen industry. This contract represents the second hydrogen rail project that Hexagon Purus has supported since the introduction of the world’s first hydrogen powered commuter train in 2018.
Timing
Hexagon Purus’ storage system is due to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2021."
HYDROGEN news..
Hexagon Purus, a subsidiary of Hexagon Composites, has been awarded a purchase order by Hino Trucks, a Toyota Group company, for three trucks as part of their development plan for Project Z.
A development partner in Hino’s “Project Z” Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) program (see Toyota/Hino joint press release on October 2, 2020 for more detail), Hexagon Purus will provide battery packs and powertrain integration on multiple Hino platforms with serial production planned in the next few years.
Driving Energy Transformation
“Project Z represents our holistic approach to advancing Hino’s environmental leadership position. Technology leaders like our partner, Hexagon Purus, make it possible for us to deliver a sustainable, low cost product line-up that will meet the needs of our customers as our industry moves forward to zero emission vehicles,” said Glenn Ellis – Senior VP of Customer Experience. “Our plan is to deliver demonstration vehicles in the first half of 2021, customer demonstrations in 2022, and production prior to 2024.”
“Battery (BEV) and Fuel Cell (FCEV) electric trucks are the perfect alternative when you want to eliminate emissions and reduce maintenance cost. The recharging infrastructure is steadily growing and now is the time for fleet owners to plan on making the switch,” says Todd Sloan, EVP of Hexagon Purus. “We are honored to be selected by Hino Trucks and we look forward to contributing to the development of their zero emission vehicles”.
About the Market
With decarbonization high on the global agenda, there is a strong focus on alternative energy sources to power mobility applications. Battery electric vehicles are established in the market and solutions continue to be developed to meet the growing market demand for zero emission vehicles.
Timing
Hexagon Purus’ systems are due to be delivered in the second quarter of 2021.
