agreed, this slow steady downward drift is something we've all seen far too often
Thats actulally quite disturbing.
Dont like it......
I'm sure PPE is flying out of the Cold War vending machine made from recycled prop shafts in the Banbury Shopping Mall. Think global screw up local
The graph seems to suggest there has not been a blue day here since the 18/19 June....... really brings home what the market thinks of Petes mad busy selling days....... become a complete joke this shower. B
completely agree, news flow leading up to the webinair and what he has to say critical to future confidence. any more jam tomorrow talk and there will be a mass bail
....people....talking....to....themselves...again?
Phil, I think the funding deal was another PF masterstroke...... Pete saved a bit of cash on the finance arrangement but trashed the SP in doing so..... confirms SP is not a consideration....He has money in the bank now.... what is he going to do with it?...... He will not want to go in to webinar sub nominal as he will get slated....so rampy news will turn up in the next 2 weeks. B
we know the answer anyway.... Pete would give himself a 10...... shareholder value is not important to him so he will not prioritise it in his master plan.........B
Are you really going to ask that?
A couple of years ago PF instigated a strategic review of WSG. Taking into account the current SP how successful was this review and on a score from 1 to 10 (where 1 is very poor) how would PF rate his personal performance?
Where are the questions be published? presumably there will be too many to include as a post(s) on here? Are there any timescales for submission?
If the loan had been from one of the well know banks, it would have been more acceptable to the market I think.and certainly not Riverfort.
I agree. All the good news we have had,and there still isn't support for the share price. It just seems that the market doesn't really trust this company in some way. Tell me I'm wrong in my assesment please!
Excellent idea...can someone take it on board to ask? Skin in the game from directors is what we need.
Thanks MOS
Why haven't the directors not MATERIALLY increased their shareholding over several years despite countless opportunities when they weren't in a closed period ? That would be a good one
DHC - I maybe answer your question 2 with another question.
Do you think Fooler would rather have the cash from the Riverfort / YA facility, plus the extra £1.5 million available from the mezzanine, or do you think he’d rather have the potential for a better SP than the current sub-nominal ?
Personally, I don’t think he gives a jot for shareholders and therefore the SP so that would answer the question.
I've already sent in my questions:
H1 profits of covid related deals and projection for H2
Profits for Tema H1 and projection of profits for full year.
FD should have no difficulty giving us a heads-up on those.
yes, as this is your first post
hmm..... another good day then..........B
Maybe broken down in to relevant subjects
Tema
Sierra Leone
Covid
Corporate
Etc.,....
If we make sure we the questions a week before the webinar.. they will have plenty of time to provide the answers?
I would have thought that it would be a good idea to co-ordinate questions in here.. so we all don’t bombard them with the same things?
Has anyone submitted questions yet?
Morning all
Patrick
