160% increase in production - so what's that 50 tonnes for the full quarter? That can't be right?
£4m Facility in place - in case of need - very wise in these circumstances
Great news really! It seems we are well financed to weather the short storm.
RNS -
Michael Masterman, Chairman of W Resources, commented: "In these unprecedented and volatile times it is important to have in place a strong buffer of additional financial resources. The Atlas £4.0m convertible bond facility achieves this outcome and complements the recent equity placement at 0.36p. We are moving to access the Spanish government supported bank financing facilities and other grants which will further strengthen our financial position in these challenging times.
"La Parrilla's production has improved significantly quarter-on-quarter and we intend to make a further substantial step change and increase in production once La Parrilla reopens. We will provide guidance as part of the quarterly report.
"The safety and wellbeing of the W team remains our number one priority. To date, no W Resources personnel have been infected by the Coronavirus, we remain vigilant and the number of people affected by COVID-19 in Extremadura where we operate remains small. We express our deepest sympathies for all those who have lost loved ones in Europe and around the world."
Don’t think 2a or 2b relevant as closing production should be market sensitive information and the idea of an on-site office being closed stopping them releasing an Rns is silly. He should notify us either way (either we closing or allowed to stay open)
1. Has to be essential goods to be transported
2. Believe any RNS will be delayed ,
2a. Worst scenario MM doesn't want to deflate the SP any further as further dilution for Cash will mean double or triple the last one.
2b. Their offices are shut down as the staff aren't key workers and no missives can be sent out.
British Airways refunded our cancelled trip to Warsaw before we asked for it. No complaints there.
The only media with impartial news inky dear..
Key workers are, from my limited research “ Construction workers and any factory workers not making medical equipment, products of ‘primary necessity or aiding the food industry, will be fined for circulating on Spanish roads.” wether tungsten is of primary necessity is the only justification I can see to stay open. However, the last of an Rns is either hopeful or just them being slow in announcing it. Sp will, IMHO, drop another 10% before we get our news
source The Guardian-(slightly ironic)
Interesting paragraph on the efficacy of the Chinese testing kits, 30%. Mea. Meanwhile Air flight companies are protecting themselves offering vouchers , removing refund choices from while their report says locals estimate Wuhan deaths as 42 000 whilst official figures are in region of 3 200.
Morning all. I hope we are all keeping safe and well? As for the Spanish lockdown, I presume from the lack of an RNS so far today, that work at LP will continue as long as Covid-19 stays away. Whether any material produced is being delivered or stockpiled is a matter for conjecture although delivered would obviously be preferable as we would then be paid. Only another two and a half weeks until we find out how production has been this quarter, I just hope we get to have figures for the next quarter, fingers crossed for that.
All non essential workers to stay at home as from today for two weeks:-
