Today, vast share trading volume is only 296,000 shares. Trading volume is extremely shrinking. positive RNS is coming soon.
You mean that the capital reorganisation tagged at the bottom of an RNS that we’ve heard nothing about in almost 6 months. Mr 008 do you know how much headroom VAST have available following the consolidation?
Bored after one line eh Naise…can you manage to get through reading a whole RNS without needing play time or to run around in the garden?
No news as yet... same old stuff. It could be ATLAS converting soon? All I see a paper loss getting even bigger. I think I would go to KwaHlathi in SA to pick up a few diamonds from the ground if not for covid while we wait!!
Do people believe any one can be bothered to read this stuff. I get bored after one line.
Mr8008, as I've never been I'm the same room as AP when hes making a decision, I can only judge on the outcome of decisions he has been involved in, or any RNS that has included the word imminent (or synonyms thereof)
Does that track record look good??
When is the turnaround going to happen?!!
The share price is on its knees!!!!
Give the market the detailed information required!!!
pecten11,
Can you point out which AP's decision was wrong?
'He is correct in every measure '
You should be Live at the Apollo.......
Antharry, is so right, please dont stop posting, every day brings forth mirth and incredulity- thankyou
Vast CEO AP is a very competent CEO. He has an active strategic sense for the development of vast company. He is correct in every measure and step of the company's management. Under the management of AP, the company is moving in the right direction.
Why, is that where the door to Narnia opens, or all the unicorns are saddled up ready to ride?
Makes as much sense as your nonsense...
It is recommended that people with serious negative emotions travel to the Baita Plai mine in Romania and work underground and processing plants for 2 weeks. Only in this way can you rebuild your confidence in Vast.
Exactly, no volume here even at all time low prices. Prelea destroyed company credibility and nobody wants to invest.
Only two things can save it now:
1. Re financing deal
2. Zim JV
But Ant, it will take a few years of these RNSs for the penny to drop with the new evangelicals.
pecten11, no point talking to these ball sacks. You can email them directly on VAST email as well.
Mr008 must be Prelea
firewood must be Hall
Two balls sacks
Mr80083, notwithstanding the fact you are wrong re restructure / reorganisation, also from the 7th Jan RNS
'The anticipated development of certain aspects of Vast’s wider portfolio has prompted the evaluation for a restructuring and rationalisation of Vast’s corporate structure that will enable investors to have a variable exposure to different elements of the current business, both commodity and jurisdictional. Details of a potential corporate restructuring will be provided to shareholders in due course.'
Have shareholders been given any notice as to how the rationalisation of the company structure will enable investors to have a variable exposure to different elements of the current business, both commodity and jurisdictional??
Or are your cut and paste skills misleadingly selective??
pecten11,
On January 7th, RNS “the credit committee is unable to proceed with the approval of transaction until the completion of certain corporate restructuring at which point the Bank will reassess the transaction.”
Please pay attention to “certain corporate restructuring”. Capital Reorganisation is a part of corporate restructuring.
Capital reorganisation is not the same as corporate restructure Mr8008, or didn't you know that?
onaplate,
"My fear right now is the consolidation has given headroom for lower prices still..".
your worry is reasonable. However, you should notice that after the consolidation, the vast Shares in Issue is reduced from 21300m to 213m. As the number of share is reduced, it is more conducive to MM to control the stock price. There is one more important point: this Capital Reorganisation is to meet the requirements of the international banking institution for Asset Backed Debt Facility.
Mr8008, thank you your insight into volume and price.
My point to you is, who says Vast is NOW, currently at a low price?
0.75 is very low, 7.50 can go way lower (or higher). It’s a confetti share atm.
Onaplate,
you are right. However, you don't see the nature of the relationship between volume and price: when a stock is at a high price, the stock's trading volume shrinks, which shows that investors are unwilling to buy at a high price, and the stock price will fall. When the stock is at a low price, the trading volume of the stock shrinks, which shows that investors are unwilling to sell at a low price, and the price of the stock will rise.
Mr008, filtered. Waste of time reading paid rampers.
Mr008 Don't even waste you time with them buddy. Folks aint interested in all the negative garbo these days, times have changed
Mr8008 I understand buy low sell high, and if you are buying more at this price you are indeed getting the lowest price range Vast has ever been in (in old money)
My fear right now is the consolidation has given headroom for lower prices still..
How many do you hold now?
I’ve been out all year but do watch with interest
