Order got messed up:-
Oil in core - check.
Sweet spot confirmed - check - Looking at the NuTech CPI in the Xodus CPR for HH Portland I would be surprised if it wasn't the interval with high gas readings and high calculated permeability between about 1860 and 1874ftTVDSS.
Possibly a deeper OWC - somewhere in the 4th core (2260 to 2320ft MD - about 2016 to 2076ft TVDSS) - check.
So all good for the Portland.

But the valuations being bandied about depend on the Kimmeridge producing from multiple horizontals proving at least it is a success at HH, more OIP the Portland from a deeper OWC may not translate to greater reserves to replace what might be missing from the Kimmeridge at HH (or expectation across the rest of the Weald).
In June the intention to drill through the Kimmeridge for data was RNS'd - was this just a way of softening the blow of admitting that the HH-1 Kimmeridge sidetrack would not be drilled immediately after HH-2 and possibly after HH-3.
28 June 2019:- 'In order to confirm the best HH-1z horizontal well orientation able to intersect the maximum number of open oil-filled Kimmeridge natural fractures, the HH-2 vertical pilot hole will be deepened into the Kimmeridge to obtain key fracture imaging and rock data.'
Then never mentioned again.
So what is the forward plan for the Kimmeridge beyond continuing to produce from HH-1? It's obvious the significantly higher short term initial flows after any shut-in can't be maintained, dropping off dramatically, and the lack of clearly communicated changes in the forward plan don't provide any comfort that the Kimmeridge remains a target for multiple horizontal wells.
Correct ibug review official information via rns and web site today is nothing compared to the next couple of months profusely! love that word glh
Tony
I don't need to. I can't prove what has been said on the phone. Like I said. Wait until it is on the website.
Any invester reading today's rns if not already understanding of the achievements over the last couple of years from exploration to production adding wells , revenue ' ya reduction ' largest percentage . I think the intelligent understand ukog is only going north. I will stick.with my 8p Dec 29th prediction and consolidation in new year pre movement from aim to FTSE yep imo bla bla. Glh as you have seen today only going one way
I bug, you haven’t exactly corrected your false statement, have you?
The highways movements were agreed within the scoping plan.
So any highways conditions cannot over-ride those
RE: APPLICANTS RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS OF THE SURREY COUNTY HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY
I refer to the above application and the consultation comments submitted by the County Highways Authority
...
Environmental Report – Appendix G) Transport Statement. This assessment of ‘transport effects’ was 1
‘scoped out’ of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) that accompanies the planning application .
The assessment of ‘traffic effects’ was ‘scoped in’ to the EIA and presented as Environmental Statement – Chapter 9) Traffic. The CHA response makes no comment about ‘traffic effects’ and therefore the Applicant understands this assessment to be acceptable. Accordingly, the CHA response relates to ‘transport effects’ which are ‘non-EIA’ matters.
The Applicants response addresses the six conditions recommended by the CHA supported by:
• Appendix A: Horse Hill Site Access Swept Path Analysis dated 16th May 2019; and
• Appendix B: Horse Hill Traffic Survey Data (November 2018).
If you have any queries or require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.“
The point being Surrey cannot back track on the scoping document or the planning conditions will be passed very quickly by a planning appeal . If Surrey ignore the work done in the scoping agreement , they might get zero planning conditions. That’s the whole point of scoping documents.
Meanwhile we are working within the earlier planning consent of 20 movements...
When we have over the last couple of years witnessed a UK company develop from exploration to production it makes me proud to be a holder and seeing the development week on week to the point we are now is staggering to achieve so much so quickly. My prediction of 8p 29th Dec stands and into the new year expect consolidation pre movement into FTSE stock. Seen it before and witnessing it again. Yep imo bla bla but look at the factual info rns and site info the rest is well not gushing glh
Tony
We will find out when it appears on the SCC planning website.
Dear iBug it is you who is making claims that planning conditions have not been submitted
“ When it says "Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted a revised and updated Transport and Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority" they will normally be submitted like these were in 2017. So far none have been submitted. Fact. Not negativity.”
Can you prove that Nigel Moore has not already submitted a transport plan?
If not your FACT, Is not a fact... is it?
Tony
Suggest you read 27/09/19 Decision Notice - FINAL (239kb) on the SCC website. It's on page 4.
https://planning.surreycc.gov.uk/planappdisp.aspx?AppNo=SCC+Ref+2018%2f0152
Then check planning applications to see if UKOG have submitted planning permission.
https://planning.surreycc.gov.uk/planappsearch.aspx
None have been submitted.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NUMBERS 8, 11, 16, 19, 24 MUST BE DISCHARGED PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Highways & Access
8. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted a revised and updated Transport and Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority, to include details of:
(a) evidence to demonstrate that large HGV movements will no longer be required to swing out into the opposite carriageway to access the site and care to be taken in connection to vulnerable road users on Horse Hill, and that this arrangement will be managed and maintained for the duration of works. To include details on how the improved gate management protocol is being introduced, to manage the arrival of HGVs over each phase of development works;
(b) programme of works for each phase of development, to include the identified peak HGV vehicle movements;
(c) measures for traffic management by phase at the access on Horse Hill and at the Horse Hill/A217 junction, taking into account the number and size of the HGVs (see part a);
(d) provision of boundary hoarding behind any visibility zones, subject to any amendments that may be required to the access in preventing swing out movements;
(e) HGV deliveries and hours of operation;
(f) inclusion of vehicle routing to reflect those previously agreed, this information should also include any layby/waiting locations for vehicles on route to the site;
(g) measures to prevent the deposit of materials on the highway;
(h) before, during and after construction condition surveys of the highway between the site and the A217 and a commitment to fund the repair of any damage; caused by the development (timings of these surveys can be agreed with SCC, but must reflect the 25 year operation now being sought);
(i) in the event that protestors delay HGVs accessing the site, contingency measures to prevent vehicles queuing back from Horse Hill onto the A217 and to maintain access for local residents and businesses.
For avoidance of doubt this should be a standalone and separate document that can be easily referenced and updated as required. Only the approved details shall be implemented during the duration of the development.
That was just condition 8. There are 4 more.
Can you prove they have been submitted? NO.
Dear iBug, you say that a transport has not been submitted? How do you know that? Are you a SCC planning officer? Lol.
The highway plans have been pre approved as part of the screening process. The SCC highways officer tried to move the goal posts and was politely shot down.
It is true HH3-6 can’t be drilled until the conditions are signed. But these things usually take 4-6 weeks.
However., UKOG is producing from HH1&2. Is there a limit on the EWT & HH2 highway movements?
Does the HH3-6 planning override those limits on movements? It would need a planning expert.
However... the earlier consent is for
“ 14 For the programme of works for each phase, the development is divided into four phases and the maximum HGV movements across any of the 4 phases would be no more than a maximum of 20 HGV movements per day. The 4 phases involve: Phase 1 for appraisal of the HH-1 well and last up to approximately 210 days; Phase 2 for drilling and testing of
a sidetrack well from the HH-1 well and last up to approximately 100 days; Phase 3 for the drilling and testing of the second HH-2 deviated well and last for up to approximately 110 days; and Phase 4 for site abandonment, clearance and restoration and require up to 46 days.”
I can cope with 20 hgv movements per day...lol

YA will have sold their 15% as usual and expect another drawdown soon.
PS Ibug, How do you know that they have not already met the 5 conditions. Inside info??? or you just being negative
"YA probably sold a good chunk on the back of it."
Yes - hence the muted response. Watch what happens when they stop selling, that's if they have not already done so ;-)
Taken some profit. Can't risk it after the muted response we had today. YA probably sold a good chunk on the back of it.
Shpunken, a lot more good news to come over the next few months, so £250m MC may not be to far in the future.
Solid news so far, but a lot more is needed to push the mc to £250m lvl
