Lyndon, it's not deramping to ask a question about CEO shareholdings. If you actually read what I wrote previously I mentioned that he may not have the cash etc, so rather than jumping to conclusions perhaps take a minute to actually read. I hold millions of UFO stock so I will certainly question any area I see fit to wether you consider it deramping or not. Project your insecurities elsewhere.
No RNS needed if he does sell any shares as he is not a director any longer. The point being that his small holding, even if converting options, isn't enough to damage the SP which is what I was trying to establish and to understand whey we are priced low currently.
Steveoim I think for normal Joe blogs like us thats the case but I do believe the brokers have "friends" or large buyers that they try to facilitate lower prices for after all they can see where the stop losses are and we in a momentum free period where it would be easier for them to move SP about than off the back of good news and volume
Show me where BIll has dumped shares???????
If bill had sold there would be an RN
Also management Can not just buy in !! There’s rules in place
Also if you listen to bill he’s got a family and maybe funds are tight
From not paying himself a massive salary ever thought about that
Subtle deramper I suspect
It shows faith in the projects if the management team buys into the business. If they win, we win.
To a certain extent I personally am happier if management of any co I'm invested in has put their hands in their pockets and bought into the journey. Not a good thing if they leave though and dump the stock, but on the whole a positive......... rather than a fixation
The Memorandum & Articles of Association of this Company do not state that an officer of Alien Metals has to buy shares. So why the fixation on this?
Move on please.
Thanks for the link to the video. Clearly an uncomfortable question to answer but it is understandable that liquidity isn't always available, even for a CEO.
My only worry was if BBG had a significant shareholding that may be being dumped into the market that is why the SP is low. Clearly this is not the case, so having 1.5m or 15m is insignificant to our current position.
I hope that Rod, who may be in a stronger financial position, buys a significant sum while we are down at this level. Regulations permitting etc.
Further to the above and imo, Bill has got us to a point with good prospects for the future but had probably hit his limit of expertise, hopefully Rod and his M&A experience can make the right decisions going forward to unlock the value in UFO and dispose of the non core projects, or parks them for very little cost, until UFO is in a cash generative position.
I did hear that. It's quite clear. 99.9% of investors who do their research will understand what it means. I'd love to buy shares but I can't afford to. Not sure how that translates into 'i don't have any shares'
There is no logic behind BBG lieing about NOT having shares. You've heard something, misunderstood it and then come on here to have a rather embarrassing emotional rant about it.
It's 4 months ago. We discussed it at the time and we were all cringing with his response and thanks to you I've just had to cringe all the way through it again.
This conversation should have been a non starter so I'm certainly not going to carry it on any longer.
We already discussed it with the kitchen. In my opinion he sinply tries to say that he has not the funds to buy in. Which is maybe just real and honest.
DRB83, he goes on to say I'd love to buy shares but as a CEO I'm not in that position then goes on to say about a 3 day window but the kitchen needed replacing
DRB83 not sure how you didn't hear that and post miss leading information to other shareholders
Livestock, just listened again and Bill said the board own less than 0.5%. He never said he didn't own any. Not sure how you managed to distort that.
Good to have a recap livestock. Notice at 18 minutes BBG talking about mining easy silver.
Hope they get this review done and dusted soon.
Yes definitely knew about bills holdings
Why’s this such a big deal ???
Was all above board imo
There’s plenty off news to come although I think time wise it’s gone back a bit
Patients required this one in my opinion will come good very good

@livestock. Everyone knew Bill bought £10k / 1.5M of shares on last Xmas eve. It was RNS'd.
However, what many people don't realise is who the main individual shareholder & backer of UFO is. Look at Capital Structure https://www.alienmetals.uk/investors/capital-structure/ (Bennelong/Richard Shemesian). Have a look at the recent share price of other companies he is invested. Something is happening in the Pilbara regarding PM's, PGE, Nickel & Copper. This is now a key region. Tier1. Plus Magnetic Imaging of EH & Munni Munni looking amazing.
Not sure if he can keep the Share Options as non-board senior management.

The point is ,is this true or not
The point is ,is this true or not
Well if Billy boy dumped out he's not made anything :)
Is this true, surely Max can verify this one way or another

Bill told shareholders on a conference call he didn't own any shares in the company why would the CEO lied to shareholders, this is outrageous now wonder the SP is back in the 50p price range
So BBG held 1.5m UFO shares while CEO. Now he is no longer a director I guess he is free to sell on the open market and is not notifiable. Obviously if he sells his 1.5m it isn't going to cause any drama which was my initial concern after he stepped down as director and not knowing how many he held. Just got flashbacks to Gervaise Heddle leaving GGP and selling down his large holding (fair play)
I wondered about his share options and if they still stand now he is no longer a director? Might he be converting his initial 15m at 0.45 to sell at 0.55? not a great profit but still easy money. Then do the same with each set of options until cleared.
