When will the naysayers stop naying?
We are in a transition period whereby many investors that have sat on the sidelines watching, will soon be making big decisions ahead of news.
Alas, if they wait too long it could prove expensive.
I always find that to invest at the lows (or lowest available) gives some leeway in case news is not so good. I am sometimes able to sell out and still make a profit on a bad Rns by being in early.
This is gonna blow up just like it did last year at around this time , not myavian , chris2 or drag line can stop it !!
MyAvian… You’re not actually trying to say that the announcement “Issue of Equity” 10th February was a placing are you? It was an option agreement for 100,000 shares at £0.00975 as part of the deal for the right of acquisition of the Nuevo Andromeda permit.
Just for reference that’s about 0.0029% of shares in issue. Try harder.
Alien doesn't need to do a placing this year. At the end of 2020 and following a placing, they had $5.6 million in cash (£4 million), and a further £86,000 was raised through warrants exercised. Expenditure since then has been mostly drilling at relatively low cost.
Myavian, what a bitter non-shareholding deramper you are! There was no placing in February this year and there is no chance of one at this SP when significant re-rating news is due and especially when there is plenty of cash in the bank for our planned exploration.
Also a placing is not necessarily a bad thing. Eg Sept last year there was a placing and the SP multi-bagged the month after.
Also if you are paying attention to the trades, there is nothing to suggest a placing.
A buy signal has now been generated for UFO. Huge bullish trend is now building up. UFO crossed it's 10-Day Moving Average, 20-Day Moving Average and very importantly it's 50-Day Moving Average!
You missed the accumulation phase to buy the hell out of the stock when it was unloved, but don't worry it has yet to cross it's 200-Day Moving Average of 1p, and that's when the fireworks will start (which wont' take too long IMO).
The assets are ace and can't get any better when you own the highest grade silver mine in Australia which is proving to have very high-grade copper and nickel and is part of a much larger system. Plus millions of tons of high-grade Direct Shipping Ore sitting at surface!
Won't be too long until UFO attracts JV partners, which is why someone just bought out all available shares at a 10% premium (hence the rise).
Any talk of a placing below 1.25p is ludicrous ... hold me to this post. Mark won't have it!
Nice day today.keep in coming Mon, Tuesday then wed RNS hannacok 20mT and a selloff deal in place .... can all dream. No idea what this talk about placing is about not until both dso and EH news is out in the market would that even make sense even then there is money put aside for Mexico that can be used so no rush.
myavian. Here's my 2p worth. A placing is a likely possibility, IMO, within the next 6-9 months - but I don't understand finance, JVs, etc. However, why, when we don't need to, would Bill arrange a placing before flaunting our drill results to the max? I mean, we could be at 2p within 2 months. A placing then, although unwelcome, would be much more lucrative.
I'm very happy to refer to you as our resident genius if one is announced sometime next week. But, I for one, can't see it.
Hope you, and all Aliens - including Chris2 - have a great weekend, FG
Please do read my posting history. February this year, same scenario. All the usual microcephalics were popping champagne over a small intraday rise, one guy said ‘placing imminent’, was chased away with pitchforks. Next trading day: yep…
On no news. Watch news drop and the herd arrive next week. Our time is coming fellow aliens!
