Agreed, but it is still only a market cap of £50m or 5 times recurring revenue (QTX is £150m). Need to clear the debt I feel before that happens though. Perhaps we would be more grounded to think that they want to achieve at least 50p per share.
So 100p now, after dilution, is equivalent to about 164p before dilution. Quite a difference, but most would still be ecstatic about 100p.
you are right went from 36m shares to 50m
so a 38% dilution. it was £3m ml invested not £2m
so £1 + is possible over next 18months
My maths may be wrong but that last dilution was at circa 50%. I thought we went from 34m shares to 50m. Given that Microlise hold 20% (10m) which represents roughly 66% (the director also acquired more) over the last raise I say 50% sounds about right. What am I missing? There were other raises (such as the one PaulyPilot (sp?) bought into) which must have also diluted the shares.
I would be happy to be wrong.
i think the only dilution has been the 20% from ML for the £2m.
there is another 18% available for board of D share options. of which i think 12% has been allocated.
but i personally dont see this as much of a limiting factor and we would probably be over the moon with £1plus
i had a look at the price and volumes. volumes werent that great when it went to £3+ with the big vilumes of selling taking the sp to current levels. so everyone who would of sold has sold in reality.
thus if the good news and h1 is positive then it could get interesting very quickly.
it then create a positive cycle as the the bod will buy their option. i think that will cost £600k ish which will reduce debt further etc. i know it dilutes further but it all creates positive trends.
still only a few here and the investment mags just dont want to cover at the moment.
one article from simon thompson and it will change everything. i am sure he is watching from afar. plus i do expect to broker to start the pr in h2
have a great weekend
Aa update might be next week
Re Fuel Store - this was on LinkedIN
"It's been a busy time for us at The Fuel Store with the launch of our Telematics service, in partnership with our friends at Trakm8"

FWIW I also think £1 per share is achievable if Trakm8 do manage to turn it around. I would note that there has been some serious dilution over the years so increases will be harder but I would be happy with a market cap of £50m. Given time I expect QTX and TRAK to trade at roughly the same prices but a lot needs to happen. I have always seen QTX as not taking the risks of development and that has served them well but I am hoping that at some point the technological advantages TRAK has will pay dividends. Obviously, I am still wary of their need to manufacturer in the UK.
However, my view of what TRAK is worth is a baseless as the claims made by the bears. Only time will tell.
As for NHM, I agree with Pianista - personally, I had not heard of them before.....
Interesting - and heartening - SP history, KBYK.
Re NHM, it didn't take her long to find a new role as S&M Director, but looking at Airmax's (very abbreviated) accounts, it looks like the company's been struggling even more than Trakm8 has been (at one point relying on support of parent company to avoid a going concern qualification). So a great title for her, but it doesn't appear to be a step up from her last role.
"Time to dip a toe back in ?? Iike many I'm in the red but this seems to be in recovery"
3 months or so ago, I would have said it was touch-and-go, but the last update and accounts / Raza's purchase / Sainsbury's contract, installed some confidence for me.
If the Sept update confirms this, this will shift upwards very quickly, as we've seen in the past. If it's more doom and gloom - i.e., hanging on by the skin of the teeth, then 10p here we come. But if you look at the share price trajectory, this isn't the first time the BOD has recovered from these levels:
Dec 2005: 108p
Dec 2008: 5p
Dec 2014: 375p
Feb 2017: 70p
Nov 2017: 148p
Nov 2018: 69p
March 2020: 10p
Today: 18.75p
What a journey ...
I doubt we'll reach the dizzy heights of the 300s again (so wish I'd sold.!) but with the right numbers and potential growth trajectory, I don't think £1 is out of the question. Of it may fail, but I feel like the balance of probability is now for us, rather than against.

Just stumbled across this about Nickie Hunt-Mason.
Not sure it's of much interest now, but thought I'd post it.

Also, I noticed that the new website doesn't have a careers section.
I was interested to see if they were still recruiting.
My hope is that they're continuing to slim down where possible, but it's odd not to have a 'jobs' section.
this stock is still effectively priced as if it will fail, which it might do.
but if it does not and starts to make profit and reduce debt the it could be due a re-rate.
if that happens the shares will also come with a growth premuim as investor hunt round for businesses that will survive and grow. it wont take much......

I still think the Swedish tie up is more interesting. It is a post brexit deal and I am hoping it demonstrates that Trakm8 now has the technology to expand into Europe in a big way via partnerships. Of course the bears will say they are giving the product away (paying them to take it etc).
On a related note, Sept 21st is the start of Autumn so Trakm8 does not have long left until the bull turned massive bear's prediction of doom arrives. Looks like I will be the one who turns the lights off.
hoping the gov will do a scheme to support.
