BREAKING: Disgraced Rod McIllree spaffs more cash at More Acquisitions – Winnileaks special
By Tom Winnifrith | Saturday 18 November 2023
These clowns want voting out and soon IMO i think doc got it spot on tbh
The only clown is you my friend sorry to say the bod are a total joke and need voting OUT OUT OUT i could go further but lets just leave it there for now ..i see tom all over them now from share profits as well not good when he hits a company....
One thing is for sure here. You can't buy a bean of these, but you can sell pretty substantial amounts at a premium to bid. So someone is hoovering them up.
Ha ha. Fat boy holiday got burnt again. This guys is an obscene clown in my opinion. You make no sense Whitblow. You are a joke.
A JOKE!!
This is the problem with small companies. When a randomer who's just finished their investing for dummies book, ends up thinking they are Gordon Gekko and will now likely end up the scapegoat for yet another failed cash shell. Unlucky for them.
Only muppets here are the ones running the company unfortunately. That RNS is another disgracefully written piece, who in their right minds would deal with this board?
I will be voting with you Jemgee
No idea what their plans are, but they have very recently just joined the BOD of ECR Minerals.
What was the date of the RNS you refer to?
Read the last requisition notice. They failed miserably then.
The board need to engage better with shareholders to discuss and outline their plans to create shareholder value
This will appease many, possibly there two muppets as well
You need to read the last requisition notice, that they failed miserably on
What makes you call them muppets jemgee? Have they tried it before?
Just read the RNS, what an absolute waste of time, they should withdraw the requisition and the BOD should give a solid update on potential acquisitions being considered.
This is tanking bad, but fundamentally doesn't seem distressed. Just need an RNS to understand what RTO is lined up, if there is one!
I speak to them every so often Barnard.
try rod@greenlandoil.com, I find I get a response pretty quick
Has anyone heard anything from the company lately?
I've emailed them but no response...
If I'm not mistaken; this seems to have a good level of cash in relation to the current (circa 6-7 hundred k) Market Capitalisation.
Also, given the par is 1p, any potential imminent raises would have to be at least 1p, and presumably at a decent premium given initial shareholders would want a return on their 1p the initial subscription.
Director bought at circa 0.7p fairly recently, and that's a 20% premium to where the current SP sits.
There seems to be s distressed seller though, given the number of sales going through recently? But they could be at a loss given the trading range...
I liked the look of the Megasteel company they tried to TO, I went over the accounts and they looked pretty solid...

More TMOR buying today ... and only two more trading days left in August.
Pidster,
TMOR has a very low market cap. - just £750K. at 0.6p.
This is probably the reason why IG won't allow bets on it.
"SHARES WITH LESS THAN £10M MARKET CAP
Shares with a market capitalisation of less than £10m are stocks which tend to be fairly illiquid and are generally companies on which it is difficult to obtain detailed information.
It can often be expensive to spread bet on these types of companies. Indeed most spread betting companies will not offer spreads on stocks with a market capitalisation of less than £10m – sometimes even higher.
Spreadex is known for its specialist small cap provision and you can spread bet on shares with a market capitalisation as low as £1m."

I don’t think they sell s*it like this.
Why can’t I buy these on IG ?
TMOR has now been back from suspension for nearly three months, which is I believe long enough to line up a replacement RTO, with the directors well incentivised to do so pronto.
And it was in September of last year that the company unveiled the Megasteel RTO, at a huge premium to the then s.p.
So it could be another 'September to remember' for TMOR shareholders - and in a very good way.

TMOR's chart pattern is exhibiting the classic double bottom technical formation, a bullish reversal signal.

"What Are Double Bottom Patterns?
Spot Major Potential Trend Reversals with Double Bottoms

What Is a Double Bottom?
A double bottom pattern is a classic technical analysis charting formation that represents a major change in trend and a momentum reversal from a prior down move in market trading. It describes the drop of a security or index, a rebound, another drop to the same or similar level as the original drop, and finally another rebound (that may become a new uptrend). The double bottom looks like the letter "W." The twice-touched low is now considered a significant support level. While those two lows hold, the upside has new potential.
1
In terms of profit targets, a conservative reading of the pattern suggests the minimum-move price target is equal to the distance of the two lows and the intermediate high. More aggressive targets are double the distance between the two lows and the intermediate high. ...
While the double bottom low remains in place, price movement is likely to exhibit a retracement higher and possibly indicate the beginning of a new uptrend. ..."
