Hang on to your golden ticket ..... just sent shivers up my spine. A phrase I never want to hear again. Lol.
Haha LTK - Now where have I heard that before? Atb best mate
So pleased to see why I hated pdf files so much! Firefox gives itself control secretly i.e. pdf is omitted from the options, you have to enter it manually to see Firefox is selected!
Now I can hop around the booklet I can see the wood for the trees.
Some of the wording obscures what a New option is - it seems to suggest they are not ordinary shares?
I think it means that there are not until end of 2 years . Or (those options, paid for and taken earlier?)
i.e. when they are admitted to the full issue count.
This paragraph gives a layman's explanation ... so we are being treated like directors :O)
What are share options and stock options?
Firstly share options and stock options mean the same thing. Share options are more likely to be used in the UK, and stock options are more common in the US.
Share options are a way of saying to staff, “When the company gets bigger, in a few years time, you can have the option of buying some shares at a price we agree now. That price will usually be cheaper than if you buy the shares at the time.”
It’s a bit like saying that you can buy a loaf of bread in Waitrose in 5 years’ time at what it costs today. Given that the bread, and the shares, is likely to be more expensive in 5 years’ time, this can be a bargain for staff in the future.
Appi, just wait till the share price is many multiples of where it is today, hold on to your golden tickets and you will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams.

Cheers Capo , I have never been able to edit or search pdf files.
Despite my having file extension ".pdf" pointing at Acrobat Reader DC, after reading your post, I twigged that I am not viewing with Acrobat, and never have!
I'm an old dog - never too old to learn! Cheers!
I found the booklet on the Home page today! Too many possible other sections to search in vain!
Used "Saved link as" , opened Acrobat manually, then my downloaded file and saw what you are talking about :O)
I should have realised my pdf was opened as a new tab - so obviously Firefox! I feel so daft now!
It is good to talk!
'This board is terrible at keeping other investors informed of proceedings.'
No...it's just terrible full stop.
The price of the New Options is fixed at 8c, 4.4p and BWP 0.64 - (cover page of the booklet, pages 9, 12, 19, 23, 24 and 58)
The New Options are granted to eligible shareholders and expire after 2 years. If they are not taken up, they expire. The New Options are non-transferrable (page 12, 2nd para, also page 17, 4th para, page 19 items vii and ix, page 25 last para).
In pdf in the Edit menu, there is a search / find function for key words that makes finding this v quick.
This board is terrible at keeping other investors informed of proceedings.
I have wittered on about how 8c on new options could be subject to fx fluctuations and nobody had the gump to say that the fx rate is stated in the booklet!
Exchange Rate
Unless otherwise stated, the rates of exchange used for the purpose of this document are:
A$1.00 GBP £0.55
A$1.00 USD $0.69
A$1.00 BWP 8.00
I know lagerkhan said it was 4.4p at the time , and that complies with the statement above.
It is an horrendous booklet to search e.g. I am trying to find (in 60 pages of pdf) whether New Options are going to offered as Excess shares, and when, and to whom , IF not taken up by the target.
I also saw how Chukkers thought the shares were FREE!
i.e.
(b) Issue Price New Options are being issued as free, with one New Option attaching to every two Offer Shares subscribed for and therefore there is no issue price.
QED! Until you read paragraph c ....
19 (c) Exercise of New Options
(i) The New Options are exercisable at any time from the issue date prior to the expiry date.
(ii) The final date and time for exercise of the New Options is 5:00pm (AEST) on the date that is two years from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”). If such date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the final date will be the next Business Day.
(iii) The exercise price per New Option is A$0.08 (8 cents).
So the issue price iscommission. And that is always free.
I also found confirmation that the brokers are rewarded by TLOU. 2% is generous when my commission is only £3 usually.
i.e.
10.Broker Handling Fee A handling fee equal to 2.0% (exclusive of GST) of the application amount of Offer Shares will be paid to stockbrokers who submit a valid claim for a broker handling fee on successful applications from their retail clients.
