Further to that.
We will list with £1m cash and 195m shares at a price decided by the market, giving Accustem a value (market cap), an IPO will then dilute by X% to raise funds. The funds/dilution will allow use to progress and hopefully be bought out for £b's.

I don't believe we will IPO until funds are required to move Accustem forward.

take YOUR pick, sorry.
see above, it's impossible that it's an IPO in Q4. So it's either an IPO in March-May 2021, an RTO announced in the next few days, or a buyout announced before year-end. Take you pick!
Actually Bookie777 that answer is very helpful thanks. So its not confirmed that it will take the IPO route.
Countingcards nobody seems to know how it's all going to pan out. GLA
RE an Accustem IPO. It's impossible to complete an IPO in under a month, especially if that month is December. I'm not even going to mention C-19. Realistically an IPO would take minimum of three months to sort out. So if they are sticking to the 'listing in late q4' the only way forward is RTO. Alternatively, there will be no listing at all, which is a possibility. Either way something needs to be communicated, and quickly. AIMHO obviously
Thanks daveycaferacer
Yes, most Brokers have said they will not credit accounts until they receive the shares and the shares are trade-able, so I think you will find most people are still waiting. Hopefully the listing will occur before the end of the year as the Company has suggested.
I'm still waiting on Accustem shares, anyone else?
80p huge resistance. Below that bail out buckle up & calm down. Buy like a Bastard. Imo.
Itcantgolower. Yes it can and it will.
I'm not trying to be inflammatory, very happy to have my thoughts picked apart, the Co attributed no great material value to Accustem within the Tils valuation please correct me if I'm wrong, it was RNSd as such at the early stages of demerger. Hived off with 1m cash post Tils recent fundraise. Some say it will sell before IPO, figures up to $240m mooted on here based on some tenuous comparatives. That's a big IF but admittedly possible how would any of us really know. Assuming that does not happen as I feel is more likely, it's going to need lots more cash to commercialise. Hence I guess if the IPO happens it will involve a fundraise, otherwise it will just look like the last turkey in the shop, up for grabs. Thing is lots of folks on here were talking about receiving FREE Accustem shares. If you didn't bail out at 1.80 they don't look very free now. Thing is, it's as if the value of Tils now is dependant on the perceived value of Accustem and not its pipeline drug candidates.
I did bail without Acc entitlement, no idea if clever or a fool but now mopping up at these levels and however low it goes. Its madness what has unfolded here.
Bookie777 I was under the impression that the IPO is a straightforward public listing? You say 'merged into', but that would either mean its an RTO or some other means? Has there been any confirmation as to how Accustem are coming to the market, or are holder still waiting on this?
Correct me if I am wrong but surely the value of accustem can only be set at what someone is prepared to pay for it. Hopefully we have investors or buyers who will invest at say £1 per share in accustem. Our free shares then get merged into the IPO making the average value of the new shares 50p. Maybe someone has a different combination in mind.
