I tried posting something similar to this a while ago and got blasted. It's genuinely baffling how a lot of people think attacking on very level-headed statements will somehow make the board look good. Nothing wrong with admitting none of us truly know the future, but saying that here is like a signal of war haha

I responded to your post as I read it.
I am fairly straight forward
Spotify. Yes, my post clearly made that observation.
SteveK post @20.05 superb mate. Nail hit firmly on head.
They know what they are doing. No question.
For Calamari, read a dozen other miscreants all applying same tactics.
Heisen. If you've been looking in for some time you would undoubtedly know this.
@Steve1972
A wrong assumption there. The comment re poor decisions was in relation to people who make it their aim to disrupt the board, who aren't necessarily Syme investors.
I have nothing against people who are invested in this company. Good luck to them. My post highlighted my exasperation at some of the idiotic nonsense I've read here, which I believe does not emanate from serious investors (who might I add are comprised of long AND short termers). Whether people are invested for the long or short term doesn't matter, I think you missed the point here. Not sure what you mean when you ask whether it's right or wrong for people to 'defend' their investment. I don't see the link between my post and your inference here. In fact, I just re-read my post and it's clearly targeted at those who exhibit the same behaviours as you pointed out. So I'd say we're on the same page.
Also, the good people with good intentions that you point out I also acknowledged in my post. I really don't understand the need for you to dissect my post claiming I have some alternative agenda here.
Re Twitter, with my assurance, you wouldn't have seen me on there or any other social media platform as I've never used them. Believe it or not, this is in fact the first time I've ever posted on a board.
And yes, I'm beginning to see now why people are fed up with this board. Thanks for helping me in that respect.
You’re a very rationale and level headed poster steve.
We need more Steves.

Welcome; your name rings a bell from Twitter, but I have scrolled back and the person I was thinking of seems to have disappeared. Maybe my old age is playing tricks on me.....
Given you say you have read the posts on this bb for a few weeks, your appraisal seems a bit binary.
An opening gambit to look at ".....lack of success has led them to continue to make poor decisions". By this I assume your post is aimed at people who are invested in SYME. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Yes, there are people on this bb who have researched this company and invested their hard earned money. They believe in the concept of the company and hope they are right. If you hadn't noticed, the World has been through an extraordinary 15 months where personal finances have been tested. Is it wrong, in your opinion, that people are looking to make a gain? Equally, do you find it wrong that they try to defend their investment, whether in your personal opinion, this is right or wrong? It seems to me you are goading them, so I would ask how you see yourself on a higher playing field?
I see you are a split paragraph kind of person. Kick in the first and placate in the second. IMO, this bb is toxic; not because people say its full of rampers, because I don't believe it is. I do believe it is full of people protecting and reassuring themselves, but the only rockets and booms I see are from randoms who come and state it to gain a reaction and are quickly followed by the Squid Squad who say the whole bb is crazy; seems a bit orchestrated to me?
If you are to undertake a critique of this board, I am surprised you miss the other side of the argument. People stating they are here to protect the innocence of new investors, people who stated the company was going bust during the suspension, people who say AZ is a fraud, people who state it is a ponzi outfit, people who state the directors have sold up and are stealing our money etc, etc, etc, etc
Again, given you have viewed this board for weeks, can you not see why people are fed up?
There are individuals who post on this bb to deliberately disrupt. This is not about SYME, it is widespread across LSE and I am sure other platforms. Calamari is the perfect example and their posting history is my evidence. Look for a share that is heavily invested by PI's and attack when it drops; panic creates mayhem that spreads to Twitter and it does have an effect on shares, we all know that. Check Calamaris effort's on ARB this week., it is rotational and boring.
I don't like ramping, it's not fair and I don't like deramping as its not fair.
First post on a bb you have been viewing for weeks, you are no better than any of the above.
Regarding your Twitter account, I'm pretty sure you were wearing a stupid hat.....
OOHeis whatever, patience is a virtue, being sorely tested here for those wanting instant gratification.
I believe SYME will deliver, it may take longer than we thought. Have faith.
Hi all,
I've been reading posts on here for a few weeks and although there are clearly some investors who speak sense and maintain balance, unfortunately there are also some disruptive people who seem to want to achieve nothing other than unload a barrage of abuse - abuse they undoubtedly receive back tenfold. I'm guessing they'd clearly prefer to get such returns on their investments but lack of success has led them to continue to make poor decisions.
None of us know where the SP will be at any given point. If we've done our own research and understand the business model, capabilities and potential then we know this is one for the long term and it will be a bouncy ride. Today wasn't a bad day at all, the SP demonstrates that over the week. For some reason there always seems to be an unwarranted frenzied reaction that lasts the whole day.
Nothing that's said on this board will have any impact whatsoever on the price or the strategy/speed of Syme so let's just be patient people and hope for the best!
