Lol Trinityman. Just trying to bring a bit of festive cheer to a somewhat tedious board. ;-)
What’s wrong with guys? Unless you’re a “gals”? Lol
Scotman - 'Sometimes a bit of that nativity may slip. Like it did in his interview with the Daily Mail.'
Christmas come early this year eh? And you called us all 'guys' today - Urghh.
:)
Also, who would want to replace him? Even if they could find a replacement he/she wouldn’t be in place in time to deal with the funding crisis. Better to stick with what you know given the circumstances SXX is in
Scotman - re your 17:17 post. Yes, I could not agree more. It is so easy to criticise CF with the benefit of hindsight or through the eyes of ignorance. I have every faith in CF, and the BoD, and I am so pleased a lot of the LTH have remained loyal despite the best efforts of some truly abhorrent people.

Zerocool. Or should I say zero intelligence? Why the xenophobic almost racist attack from those in Scotland who voted differently to you? I presume you are in favour of the requirement for 40% of the total electorate to vote for a change in a referendum. Like what happened in Scotland in the 70’s. I now see the wisdom of that.
I am from Scotland, my Mother was from Yorkshire, I married a girl from England and now live in England. I note your race hate and wish that I be thrown down a mine. I should report you to the police for your criminality.
I suggest you sell up your investments and then pay for the much needed education that you require. I can recommend some world class universities once you have reached the minimum entrance requirements.
Until then temper your bigotry.

Well Said Scotman...
Can someone please tell me why there is so much hero worship of CF. From what I can see he has totally F*****d this project up. I really must be missing something other than my savings.
Well said!
A bit of tizzer eh causal.............!
only for off or under ground..........!
All the best (we'll push the bus with ol blue :()
Haha Modsto. Are you referring to my earlier post (copies again here) as being up CF’s bum? Lol.
Nah, I just think there is more space for a bit of forethought in life.
Fraser never promised the world. He’s just trying to change a bit of it.

“This is a message to the gob****es!
All this talk of CF with too much to lose, skin in the game, big mortgage etc etc!
You really think that’s what it means?
Let me tell you something about CF.
He is as genuine a person as one could wish to meet. He upped sticks and flew his family from a nice life down under to follow his ambition of not just being CEO of a multi billion dollar company, but also building that said company from nothing more than a notion.
Yes, he has certainly made mistakes along the way, but that’s all part of the learning curve.
You should ALL have known he wasn’t an experienced CEO, project manager or seasoned revolutionary industry busting god.
He is an honest man who has tried time and again to do the right thing for this venture, for the location, local community and its’ shareholders.
Sometimes a bit of that nativity may slip. Like it did in his interview with the Daily Mail.
An interview in which one very small part was exploited to grab a sensational headliner for an otherwise two bob journalist!
It is my view that no one will be smarting more than CF and pretty certain his weekend will have been ruined as a consequence of this report.
The words he used in the interview were “transparent and open”.
That is not just his way of doing business, it’s who and what he is.
Right now, I’m pretty certain his shoulders are heavy with the burden of 85,000 private investors and is not immune to the horrendous abusive emails, messages and posts being made about him.
And I’m pretty much certain he will be feeling responsible.
As CEO he should feel some of this load, but as investors, I should actually use the term ‘speculators’ in a start up company, the buck stops with the individual.
You think ”skin in the game” here is financial?
What a shallow lot you are!“
lol chilting, we have get Chesh to put some red in.
No worries chilting.......... and all onboard the "Bus up the hill"....... :)
causal will back ol blue out the tunnel (not chunnel) and gis us a push..............!
All the best (Honk honk......... :()
Chilting. He has. But he told the Daily Mail he wants a petrol engine now whilst he was away. unless that was reported incorrectly. Fact is we are in this position due to massive shorting and diabolical financial management. It will take a miracle to pull us out of this mess. Im unsure if us little people will end up with anything at the end of the journey
No casual - its has just that it hasn't got enough diesel in the tank at the moment to get up the hill - we sent CF out for a can but he hasn't come back yet.
depends chilting if it breaks down.
The journey is only over if you get off the bus - getting off the bus before it went up the hill would be rather stupid.
Be a nice dilution ,Then you can invest skier.be job done.
scotman , I bet it's a bit smelly up there (LOL)
Tuckupp.
Nice joke. It beats the ones the bashers are throwing at this b.b. I must say they are giving it all they can. Maybe just trying to convince a few more to sell before the finance comes and they disappear back under the rocks they came from. If anyone has any doubts as to how low these people get,try searching an interview with Ronald bernard on u tube.
A bright young executive had just been hired as the new CEO of a large high tech firm. The CEO who was stepping down met with him privately and handed him three numbered envelopes.
“Open these if you run up against a problem you don’t think you can handle,” he said.
Well, things went along pretty smoothly, but six months later, sales took a nosedive and he was really catching a lot of heat from the board. At wit’s end, he remembered the envelopes. He went to his drawer and took out the first envelope. The message read, “Blame your predecessor.”
The new CEO called a press conference and tactfully laid the blame at the feet of the previous CEO. Satisfied with his comments, the board, the press, and Wall Street responded positively, sales picked up, stock prices rose and the problem was soon behind him.
About a year later, the company was again experiencing a slight dip in sales, combined with serious problems getting new product to market. Having learned from his previous experience, the CEO wasted no time in opening the second envelope. The message read, “Reorganize.” This he did, and again the company quickly rebounded. After several consecutive profitable quarters, the company once again fell on difficult times. The CEO went to his office, closed the door and opened the third envelope. The simple message said, “Prepare three envelopes…”
he ain't been handed any envelopes, all is well.
Weel said skier. Sxx bagholders have completely lost the plot. This stock market.
Scotman,
Well said, I'm glad there's someone more elequant than me to make these misery makers see the error of their ways, I think they are so thick skinned it will not register with the pond life.
Good post be proud of it.
Good post Scotty.
Since I posted about CF saying quite a bit about privatising, more than a throwaway comment, it dawned on me that the journalist may have asked him if he had considered withdrawing from the stock exchange?
Very different from suggesting it, he could have been giving the pros and cons , off the record!
And that context, typically, and why I never buy newspapers, was never mentioned?
It would provoke the reaction we saw from him , methinks.
Scotman. Its hard to disagree with skier to be fair
