To all that have lost here Definitely agree with all the posts below, money come and goes and you’ll get another chance, life is precious and whatever you feel now talk to friends and family or complete strangers here. It’s never as bad you think it is or could be. Clear your head and take a break, family kids and friends will get you through.
IMO why takeover a 1/2 built project , let them finish it with all the problems sorted then come in and take the production profits at the right price , but hopefully by then the current set up will have the power to resist a TO as they have seen everything through
I actually think a new investor may knock on the door. Yes they will want a tasty slice of the pie but I can't see sxx selling out to a competitor or anything like that. They're to close, in relative terms, to completing and going to production on their own.
To much to play for
I am really sad to read this. Jonathan, I hope you get inner strength to tide it over. I have around 60k invested here all bought in various tranches of 18p all the way to 39p. My average is in the high 20s. Have a lot of explaining to do to the missus. I have just decided to sit on it and hope for better things to come. Not selling not buying either.
Lovely, well said.
My brothers and I had a very happy and loving childhood and it wasn’t until later I realised how poor my parents were. There was no financial inheritance when they died, but they had given us so much more than money could buy.

Hang in there Fred.
The kids don’t care about Sirius Minerals. Their innocence is wonderful. Appreciate what you have. Don’t long for what you haven’t got. Dust yourself off and go again. If you’ve made a mistake try and learn from it but don’t let it ruin your life or your family’s.
Hi fred. I've got my mrs to tell tonight as well, that should be fun . But I intend to stick with it, there is still a likelihood of first poly early 2021 and it will all be different then. No chance of me selling, so its dip or bust
In a few weeks we’ll have a deal with the EU, the markets will respond really positively and it’ll all come good......is one hope. Otherwise I think we all just have to sit tight.
Sorry Jonathan I must have missed your post but I’m guessing you’re feeling not great either - look after yourself as well
Forex - I’m not so sure my husband is going to give me a hug! Luckily he’s away for two weeks! I know I’ve always been Happy Clappy but that’s just how I honestly felt - just felt really excited to be invested and part of it. This mornings been a huge shock for all of us and all my friends were right and posters on here - I should have de-risked. Right now I feel I’ve let my family down as well but actually until I sell at a loss or unless the very worst does happen I haven’t. Let’s just see what happens and maybe we’ll live to fight another day - but one things for sure you will get another hug from your kids after school and that’s worth so much more - maybe one day I might get one from my husband?!
Forex, Jonathon... cuddle the kids more... wait a year or 2 now... there is no way this will be at this level then. You'll feel better in a few weeks... take care!
Just traders making a quick few bucks...best wait till the dust settles if your not a gambler.
Carry that hug in your heart and go clear your head.
Phew. Chin up.
Mate please just focus on what you have got, a great family, the share price has already doubled from 8am, who's to say what is going to happen next. Just stay calm and ride it out for now.
Kids have an amazing knack for knowing when you've not had a good day, and then doing something that'll make you feel so much better
Keep your chin up Forex, nothing in life is that bad x
Happy Birthday mate and feeling your pain
Kids make everything better!!!!!!
The kids came running out of school to give me a hug. They can sense when something’s not right.
I have been invested from the beginning. Supported the company through planning and every bump along the way. Finance was meant to be their forte. So to screw up at this stage is unbelievable. I feel like a dead man walking. But the support here is amazing. Thank you.

Just top my wife. Message from her was get outside, walk dogs and pick the fruit in the gardens. Things are never so dark. Take care of yourself mate.
I did the same after the first post.... LSE have to disclose to authorities as a duty of care in such circs even if an over reaction
I’ve reported the post. We should all do the same. For obvious reasons.
