Barwick,
You have commented a few times now that you think it would be a ball ache for EDR to buy Leap?
My understanding is Leap content gets sold in one of two ways, either through IMG Arena direct to EDR clients (mainly to sportsbooks that also operate casinos) or via various gaming aggregators (mainly casino only). Either way they get paid, I don't get where you believe the ball ache comes in for EDR. The point I am trying to make is that the casino revenues aren't generated through IMG Arena but so what, they wouldn't cease to exist if Leap were under EDR ownership.
Seed is definitely not alone in that regard the entire Market has been catastrophic for many including crypto. There's just so much tangible stress coming in from all angles that it had to give.
dont forget people are liquidising funds to pay for Christmas as well.
Despite the economy and inflation my own brother is spending ridiculous amounts of money on his kids. People including my brother would have me down as scrooge but the pressure is there for people to spend.
Well your right there many Aim shares have done terrible over the last 3-6 months so Seeds not alone.
You will see stocks that release big news overshoot as money rushes after it...
However take into account the progress each listed investee company has made since last NAV, present market conditions have had a devastating effect on the majority of aim stocks etc
If news isn’t due on any aim stock you hold then you are going red from here
I mentioned that a few days ago.
NAV will be approximately a penny down because its always backward looking and YOOMA looks shyte on paper. (in retrospect only.)
They've another acquisition/announcement to make yet before they go to main market. My assumption on timescales puts YOOMA listing near end of first quarter.
Without doubt the interim NAV will be down. Hence we’ve had selling here. Expect something like 10.5p
I wrote a few weeks back really it has to be an IPO, as if a company like say EDR did put a bid in what would they do with the other customers I’m sure they couldn’t be bothered with that extra work, but a Sale or IPO wouldn’t bother me as long as it’s one of them, Seed will need money soon and the interims might be a bit Rocky cash wise as LGP, Yooma, are down from investment entry, PRTG been well down last 3 months but what we have left in that is profit .
Why are Endeavor not buying out Leap from SEED?
Maybe they are working on an IPO? I’ve heard whispers..
Your opinion is always balanced barwickman, giving it some more time . Just hoping at making a little profit for the opportunity cost lost .
Hopefully not JK I’ve not finished buying and but this affirms my confidence.
Poses a bigger question . Why are they not buying out seeds share of leap . 20-30 million is spare change to them ?
Ed’s 50 million mcap by years end statement looks like bs now .
True Jk but with IMG adding this it does put the ball in there court :-)
This will do very little for seed sp itself .

10 months Freddie Longe told us ..
*IMG ARENA has been an investor in Leap Gaming since 2018. The two companies have a shared vision of developing official virtual content”
I’ve banged on about how important the Endeavor holding is to the value of Leap
At the time of the deal to create OFFICIAL Tennis I gave you this quote...
from Freddie Longe VP IMG Arena & also Leap board member ...
“This is one of the first branded virtual sports deals in the world. There have been others but not to the same scale,” says Longe. “This is the first branded virtual tennis game. In most markets, tennis is one of the top bet-on sports, so we see this project not only as a manifestation of innovation, but of an innovation with a substantial impact.”
Endeavor announced today that they’ve bought the Madrid Open tennis...a huge move they own the licensing rights to the ATP 1000 (the 10 largest tennis tournaments after the Grand Slams) but to buy the tournament itself is a huge move..
By the way Leap have also created the Madrid Open virtual...
