WTP hadn"t seen your last post till i posted mine. I think Balernos comment was light hearted.
Now defo fifteen winks, what with Chelsea and those buys I am on cloud nine, hope to be off it by 7 in the morning, lol.
Balerno, from the RNS:
"As of the date of this announcement, Dr Ursula Ney holds no ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.'
Forgive my ignorance but would she not have been given share options as part of her contract/package instead of buying on the open market?
Actually it's interesting full stop that she holds no shares is it not? Is it because it's her appointment is too close to possible news for that?
14.5m Ratty, which works out at 3.2% I think. Cream crackered, Holdings RNS tomorrow if that is right, or is that just under 3%? Whatever, night.
Where have those shares come from???? Catch yer tomorrow.
So are we actually looking at something in the region of 15 million buys ?
Bermuda,
Thanks my friend, it doesn"t show that under the trades here.
Thanks for that link too McBlue

Chelsea,
The trade history on London Stock Exchange's site shows that the cancelled 6.7m trade was immediately replaced with a 6.46m trade at the same price (5.9) - assume this is your missing trade. So, in order you have:-
Time Trade
10:57:48 7,692,307 @ 6p
10:58:02 6,746,000 @ 5.9p
10:58:02 6,746,000 @ 5.9p - cancelled
10:58:02 6,646,000 @ 5.9p
10:58:09 1,000,000 @ 5.9p
What I find interesting is the delayed 7.7m buy at 6p was excersied a minute before the 6.7m was cancelled at 5.9p.
So, considering they were obviously trying to add to the 7.7m do we expect another 7m buy tomorrow, and even at 7p the average trade would work out at 6.5p.
All shall be revealed tomorrow, and if it does total 14m that would be just on 3% of shares in issue................I think??
Ursula putting her money where her mouth is?
Super Chelsea eh!! Emjoyed that.................
WTP, only if someone crosses the 3% holding will it be RNSed under Notification of Holdings.
Any existing holder in that catagory notifies at every 1% increment, todays buyer is about 1.5% of total shares in issue (approx) and I did mention today Vulpes could increase their holding to 25%. If it was them we will get an RNS tomorrow. If not, well how exciting someone new has picked up 8.67m today (which is probably 2%.
As Cars said where did they come from?? And TBH the SP has been brought down to accomadate that buy IMHO, hence the 3/4% falls in recent days on not too much.
Cars, again as you said, and I have said a couple of times last week, if only we could get some PI buying going at this time. These ii buyers IMHO know when to strike, aqnd the MMs would have known since 7.50p a buyer is waiting for the SP to hit 6p.
Have a good night all, a timely time to get some excitement going, perhaps and lets hope as when Vulpes declared their stake we head north towards 10p again. ATVB
Only if it takes an existing large shareholder over a threshold percentage. On its own it wouldn't be near enough to cause an RNS. Very tidy amount nonetheless and good to see.
Wow...now that's a serious buy. Institutional investors i assume? Will a buy that big require an RNS due it's size/% of shares?
Evening all ,
Where did they find those 7 million ? Certainly not under the sofa ! If they’ve borrowed them they will have to buy them back , let’s hope for a bit of buying pressure .
Yeah, just thought I'd have a little top up, don't ya know.
Someone had some lose change. Interesting. ATB
