Low spread and volume picking up. Twice as many buys to sells currently.
I've been in Salv ever since I saw these two really inspiring videos at the MI show in 2016. Great company, great team behind it. Great cause to defeat cancer! OK the videos are old now but still worth watching.

80p on the ask. I can see this heading towards £1. MM will struggle to contain this with buys as this should be @ min £1.40+
Great find doggo !
Intensity Therapeutics have just tweeted for the first time in 9 months ....
Our drug INT230-6 was designed specifically to treat pancreatic cancer.
MM showing most BUYS as sells today. No stock available will push towards £1+. Anything under £1 is a bargain in my opinion
Ask still 79.50p... bodes well for tomorrow and next week as market catches on
Portage CEO also on the BOD of Intensity. Take the hint
Showing buys as sells. MM going to be in trouble here soon enough. Nothing available they will have to move higher once a few more buys come in
79p on the ask. Could well finish on days high. Remember intensity therapeutics news can land any moment. Opening price would be £3/4 if you can get in that is. Only 7 million in free float rest in sticky hands I wonder why
Officially 7 million, mostly held by long term holders rather than traders. There are likely only around 2-3 million in free circulation.
Intensity news drops try buying in.
77.30p paid
Was adding FARN just how I'm loading up on #salv. This should be a MIN of £1.40+ for starters & the BIG news iminnent on cancer tumours from intensity then BOOM GAME ON. Jim Mellon all over this he knows his stuff for sure. Extremely successful
£1.40 sounds tasty sold a third of my long suffering SAR holding at a 30% loss to buy in today, as SAR is so sluggish.
80p on the ask now. Will breach £1+ fairly quickly indeed. Should be £1.40 + alone on the deal struck this week not to mention intensity therapeutics news imminent & with breakthrough cancer tumour will go MENTAL.
Why does the above graph show it as under 70p? (Got a few thousand 2 hours ago!).
Code 1 logged - for the believers...
Hi all,
does anyone know the date that this will actually go through and the shares will be transferred?
thanks
Declan Doogan, C.E.O. of Portage, remarked, "Since we completed the distribution of Biohaven shares, we have been looking for other exciting undervalued opportunities with near term inflection points. The acquisition of SalvaRx Limited represents the next evolution of Portage as we acquire interest in 10 products in the exciting area of immuno-oncology led by a top class team. Portage is now poised to advance several products to clinical proof of concept and hopefully take advantage of strong capital markets and increased levels of pharma mergers and acquisitions to bring yet more returns to our shareholders." They definitely were eager to acquire SalvaRx by the sound of it... "other exciting undervalued opportunities with near term inflection points".
That it is trading today at ~50% of the offer price suggests most shareholders remain somewhat skeptical of the deal.
From $7 million initial investment to currently worth $210 million sounds like a great investment. As far as I can tell Portage is certainly not a one-trick pony but has several business cases / projects ongoing: Portage believes that by acquiring or investing in an additional 5 to 7 exciting biotech products or companies it can offer institutional investors a unique, diversified well-managed portfolio in one of the best performing sectors of the market in the last 5 years. https://www.portagebiotech.com/about-portage-biotech.html
MM will struggle. Itching to breakout. Agree £1.40 should be with the deal announced this week. This will go absolutely MENTAL on intensity news which is imminent & will open @ prob £3/4
Biohaven invested $7 million between 2014-2016.
Biohaven IPO 2017
They distributed Biohaven shares as a special dividend Jan 18
Currently those shares are worth $210 million
Exactly OGM
