52What if you could inject a significantly smaller dose of toxic chemotherapy directly into a malignant tumor site and stop its growth?
Potential benefits -
greatly reduced drug side effects
complete remission of the disease
Innoculation against future cancer growth
National Institutes of Health (NIH) collaborators are unaware of any previous cancer treatment that has shown complete regression of >300mm3 Colon26 colon tumors in preclinical trials.
National Cancer Institute advisors believe that this is likely the first demonstration ever of an immune response using the drug cisplatin.
Four of the market-leading, multi-billion-dollar cancer drugs on the market were all tested – and approved – using less robust mice models with less effective results.
One five-day treatment of INT230-6 eliminated cancer in animals and showed a vaccine-like effect (the animals would not get the same cancer, even when it was injected into them).
The Company is testing and enrolling patients at the following hospitals:
Sydney Kimmel Cancer Center
The Fox Chase Cancer Center
Princess Margaret Hospital
Norris Cancer Center and HOAG
The above list includes 3 of the top 10 cancer institutes in the world.
Then you get to who is presenting the results...
This is a stunning company and the results are going to be sensational.
Best to read the half-year report of the 27th Sept for the latest update. They're still waiting for approval from both Salv and Portage shareholders it would seem.
Good morning all :-) Does anyone know what's happening regarding the demerger and Portage shares. I was expecting a lot of activity on the board but all seems deathly quiet. Am I missing something?
any moment - there isnt much time before the big reveal with intensity IMHO. We are waiting for CSE to sign off so the Board must be all over this like a rash. News imminently.
Anyone any ideas?
news in the next week in all likelihood..it has been a month since the announcement - clock ticking and the 'intensity' building...
Indeed - it is fairly obvious what is coming, hence the reverse t/o
intensity presenting in Germany in precisely a month....I suspect Port and Sal will need this all wrapped before then...
Thanks for the advice all, rang up AJ today and they said all you need to do is fill in a form to trade on the Canadian stock exchange! Now to work out what I'm actually going to do haha
good point canti....]CAnt be too long as there is pressure to get this done before intensity lights the blue touch paper
I think we may have been relying on the SALV RNS which states in square brackets that the AGM will take place on 17 September. Square brackets usually indicate that the text can be edited. If you look at the SALV and the Portage RNS, it states that "The Portage shareholder circular is required to be reviewed by the
CSE and therefore the transaction timetable, including the timing of the 2018 AGM, cannot yet
be confirmed". And there's no RNS scheduling the Portage AGM, so I assume that will come before we have the date.

Sorry I'm a complete novice. Any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance
I can also find the ticker so am quite relaxed... The big news will be in a month on intensity (multi billion comp in making) and with share consolidation and no float i am expecting $30 a share after consolidation. (thats 0.3 in old money)...
I read out the ticker and that it is on canadian exchange and was told II do trade it.
i spoke to nick at ii and he told me they dont trade on the otc which portage is part off
there is more then one portage and ours is on otc markets which is a pain in the butt
