I don't agree that the twitter silence is due to sensitive info they can still tweet about the company and i doubt very much that they would spill the beans on anything although it can happen. I would hope they are a bit more robust than that.
Interim results out a decent read imo.
OHS
I notice that companies usually go quiet when they are working on something price sensitive. I guess it makes sense in case they inadvertently spill the beans.
Morning all. Alongside the lull in RNS activity I’ve also noted that SAE haven’t posted anything on twitter since the 3rd Sept and LinkedIn over 3 weeks ago. With so much going on with this company does anyone find that a little odd?....unless they can’t due to it maybe being labeled as price sensitive?
Personally I “think” Meygen is the one that is going to surprise a lot of people .World leaders in a potentially massive market with patents and very well connected.GLA
Its been a month and a day since the last RNS so given the lack of news I think this has held up pretty well all things considered. Yes we've had a drop of a circa 25-30% from the high we saw when we breached 30p but interestingly, no other TR1 (other than the one on 28/08/20) from all the buys and sells we have seen here? I'm also very interested to see how the MMs will react if SAE are granted the variation to the environmental permit if it were to land when we are in the early 20s of current SP - when we were around the 30p mark, 50p+ didn't seem unrealistic with an AIM intraday spike but I think this will take longer to get there now as I feel many will sell into the news to secure funds back and perhaps even many breaking even that bought into here those weeks ago. Having said that, I imagine additional news would come in quick succession regarding EPC, PPA etc.... once the permit is approved? OHS
The old sayings are still the best.. and truest!
Look after the pennies phyl and they will look after the pounds Great work OHS
I'd like to say I'm busy counting £££'s but as I own SAE shares... I'm busy counting pennies!
Where is everyone? Have you all sold out?! Ha!
BM2 - as far as I can see it looks that way - interestingly, that's the emissions to air and emissions to water information....... The MMs aren't keen on us today though it seems :(
OHS, superb work. Truly brilliant. Thank you for keeping us informed with accurate info.
I guess this just leaves Q4 and Q9 to respond to ?
Well, I think somebody is maybe reading this forum....... Q3 and Q11 updates now posted on NRW site. I really like the opportunity to be able to read these and see the detailed information SUP are supplying. Keep up the great work SAE Team whilst us PIs sit quietly (well not always quietly!) and await further news.....OHS
Sterling work chaps questions don’t seem to difficult to answer. .
BM2 et al: SAE have responded to 7 of the 11 questions posed:
1. Control of emissions iaw with BAT AELS
2. Flue Gas Times
3* Information on raw materials
4* Impact of emissions to Water
5. Bottom Ash handling and storage
6. Proposals for parts of the site not required for revised operations
7. Information on back up Diesel Generator
8. Site Plan
9* Impact of emissions to Air
10. Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) compliance
11* Noise impact assessment
(* denotes answers not yet submitted)
Also, note the time of the little rise today and subsequent fall back - pretty much soon after I posted the link to the NRW e-mail. Looks like the MMs are no more clued up here than we are. They took the price up on a hint that the response could be positive, digested it and realised it wasn't much to get excited about so took it back down. Hmmmm......Interesting. OHS
Actually, SAE also responded to Q2 of the 5-2 on the 14th so that leaves 3 - 11 to complete
Also worth adding is that the last return from Simec dated 14th September was the 5-2 return but for question 1 only, there were 11 questions requiring response. So NRW are currently waiting on those.
However, NRW do seem to be working with Simec and not being obstructive, just asking what you would expect and what would be required
The latest request from NRW is to do with fire prevention and suppression systems and includes fire response. It is more to do with storage of the RDF than the environmental emissions.
It also states from NRW that they understand that their (Simec) focus is rightly on completing the 5-2 response which was to do with the emission and temperatures.
@hah - What do they want now mate?
Every one of their emails seems to be NRW requesting further info!!! I don’t know whether SIMEC aren’t answering all their questions or NRW are picking everything apart and asking for more?? It’s getting boring now. OHS
The "update" is basically a letter from the Planning dept to SIMEC requesting further information. Nothing to get excited about....yet.
i cant open it with windows
I think the SP would reflect if it was permit granting - Its more likely the email response back form NRW after SIMECs latest reply to their questions
Have downloaded it on Mac but can't find an application to read it.
It is SIMEC though. I'll keep trying
There’s a new update on the Natural Resources link but I can’t open as I only have my phone - can someone check on a computer and update what it is on here? Cheers:
