Probably, anyway not arguing over semantics anymore. Story is they know what the issues are and things are being done to fix them.
Just my opinion, DYOR
full capacity operated at 24/7 is 5 million mask per month. we're currently opearting at around 55% normal shift.
Andip,
You're a bit misleading.
Yes m/c is running at a rate of 58%,
the capacity is related to the maximum it can produce, i.e running 24/7 is when it can achieve max capacity.
What I'm trying to say is capacity is not related to rate but TOTAL volume it can produce
If that was true why are we paying Volz to make 1m masks when we could make them ourselves if the machine is at 100% production levels next week? We have called the experts in to sort the machine out and we're giving them 500,000 shares so based on this it will be much longer than a week. End of the day we haven't got the NHS contract, all we have is an order for 100,000 masks that a 3rd party will advertise on Amazon, nothing more concrete than that!
You're taking a negative spin on what was said. It's running at 55% of its max capacity. Once running at 100% capacity, just scale up the shifts to achieve the expected production volumes.
No point running the machine 24x7 until it can operate at full speed...
Just my opinion, DYOR.
Flava,
Bit optimistic, they're not running 24/7 so can't achieve these levels.
Our mask machine is producing at around 55% capacity now.................very good news and soon we should be back to 100% production levels hopefully by end of next week.
Thanks Jarv
It’s 6 minutes long and worth listening to.
