Where rgm and batteries are concerned I don’t expect a + positive outcome.
From a business perspective CORCEL is imo ridiculous.
Ask anyone on the street "what would you think is the business/nature of CORCEL PLC" and 100% would come back "I haven't got a clue". Whoever dreamt that name up wants sacking imo.
At least with Regency Mines the average person would say "well I guess they are involved in mining right ?"
I mean is it supposed to be some play on words for the battery market such as "Core Cell"? If so it's really lame.
I wonder how much money was wasted with consultants dreaming this name up ?!!!
.
This RGM tweet https://mobile.twitter.com/Regency_Mines/status/1290950784549564417 and all their hashtags

So it seems everybody is correct who says that RGM are only changing their name to hide their stinking past, then with new name trying to pretend that they are a new company.
I like this twitter pic by Chris https://mobile.twitter.com/chrisjparrish/status/1290899969210290176 . It says you can try to disguise yourself but we still know who you are.
Steven - "Want to get away from the old company that had poor reputation start fresh new management name ect"
lols
So changing the company name does what exactly? Company still never makes a profit, will still be a diluter on an industrial scale. It's not the name that has the bad reputation it is the original BOD and the way the company is run:

Corcel is Portuguese and means, "Stallion". Maybe a nod to Parsons past working for Shell in South America. Awful waste of money as some have pointed out. A poor attempt at masking over the current managements chequered past and destruction.
Want to get away from the old company that had poor reputation start fresh new management name ect
Hi Trellis, typical James Parsons........style over substance
Let's be honest. This is what many dodgy people do in life. Through the years their name gains such a stinking awful reputation that they then change it to a new name. They wrongly think they wipe the slate clean.
The name change may dupe a few. However most will remember that Corcel were the awful company formerly known as Regency mines.
like the famous brookside character Jimmy Corkhill. Wikipedia says Jimmy was a bit dodgy and a bit of a rogue.
Do James Parsons friends call him Jimmy?
