If only RBD could get it 'right' once a year eh Rubey.
SfM....Only a massive amount of research into more than just RBD. I would liken it to a 'paper trail'. It's very surprising where it takes you, if you can be bothered of course.
He posts every week that there's going to be a placing. He gets it right once a year. Keeps him happy, sad little sausage.
Is there any evidence to that effect, persimmon, or are you talking your normal bolox?
I don't think there will be an RNS of substance regarding West Newton before another cash generating operation takes place. I will add though to assuage the Rampers, that I hope my prediction is wrong.
The data gathering was completed by 20th April. In fact, data was already in Romania being processed, and was expected to take 2 weeks in total.
SMcN that's correct that the additional data gathering would inform the EWT which was approved in draft form. However, your assertion that it is a box ticking exercise depends entirely on the data gathering and therefore what changes if any of the EWT plan are required.
Presumably this is all about the projected production rates and split between oil and gas and the license/need for incineration.
EWT should have started about 18 months ago. However, it is close now but May could still be optimistic. If data gathering was complete end of April then the analysis is required which could take weeks. This is followed by an modifications to the permit and re-approval from the EA if necessary. It could take till June for the EWT to start. In the whole scheme of things it's not a big deal when, considering where we are, it's just always good to add a month or two (at least) on to RBD projections.
It was 'draft' because they were waiting for the findings of the Cased Hole Logging Programme and Vertical Seismic Profiling, which was completed last month. The processing and interpretation of the data was expected to take two weeks and would inform completion, well clean-up and EWT operations for WNB-1Z well. This would be provided to the EA for completion, but as the draft had been approved, it should be a straightforward box ticking exercise. That's why they said the EWT should start this month.
A shame you don't provide the full picture persimmon, instead of your normal nudge nudge wink wink distortion.
Note the word 'Draft' and not 'Final'.
Last mention was 30th March RNS. "Draft Environment Agency permit received ... for EWT at WNB-1Z and WNB [a future well]".
WNA already has a permit in place.
Manwell, I thought we had all the permits in place ?
Jobbinscl they’ve not started yet. We should get an announcement once the EA permit is received & another once mobilisation commences.
What precedent is there for any company being taken out on a 14x multiple of the share prices through a hostile takeover. You're living in Dreamland.
Does anyone have any idea why stage the testing process is currently in? Would the perforation/stimulation of the well pre test require update via RNS?
They would have to pay a lot more than 10p for the whole of RBD.
Hostile takeover? They'd want a significant shareholding themselves to get the ball rolling (or at least the right noises from significant shareholders already in place). Let's face it, with most of the shares in the hands of institutional investors, who I'm sure would be kept well informed as to the facts, any low ball offer would be pointless as it would be given short shrift.
If it was worth 6-10p with the data already generated from the drills and tests at this moment then surely it would be massively cheaper just to do a hostile takeover of RBD rather than pay 10x the value of the company.

Watts
I am no where near a TR1 declaration with 1.2%.
However, I firmly believe that at least a 10 fold return is being orchestrated for the patient LTHs.
Unless you have previously sold a license, you could not imagine the complexity for both Seller and Purchaser. I expect 6-10p would give value to any Purchaser and satisfy existing Shareholder expectations.
Just a matter of sitting on your hands

Rubey....you have the gall to call me unpleasant. I have not resorted and stooped to name calling like you have about me, including prick, road sweeper, nob and many other disparaging names. Note your last post. That says far more about you than about me.
By the way, you still haven't answered my question. Is it too difficult for you?
Are you playing with yourself as you post that, persimmon? It really wouldn't surprise me if you were.
Question for you Rubey...is 999,999,999 nine figures or ten?
There's something particularly unpleasant about you, persimmon. Why is your main goal in life the ridicule of other people? Just curious. What a horrible waste.
Come on Percy.
1B is ten figures.
Surpass 9 figures is 101 mm.
Harry
And he says that bit exceeds 9 figures, so the smallest amount it could be is not 999,999,999 (which is 9 figures) but 1000,000,000 or one billion!
