Because our wonderful and completely transparent MM's like to late report larger transactions, we will not know until later today, or even as late as Wednesday, whether the drop was caused by a large seller. As on reported trades there are more buys than sells so far today.
Spot on - I will be watching carefully with a view to taking my last decent chunk before strapping in for the ride.
Later, Bergen!
Correct, 7th May, my error. Reported sales do not look like Bergen though but you never know. Price dragged down by them for the last time and some might say, creating an opportune time to buy in???
I thought it was 7th. Just for info mine are held through HL and when I had a quote to sell just over 500,000 shares yesterday they quoted 5.83p to be executed on 10th May
I think they got the shares this morning:
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected at 8.00 a.m. on 7 May 2021.
Will be glad to see the back of this lot and will look to top up and take advantage of the drop.
I thought Bergen shares are not issued for trading until Monday?
The drop is not unexpected, especially as IMO the rise has been despite lack of solid progress and more to do with the word spreading. This will inevitable have brought in many "short-termers" who are looking to bank their profits and get out.
The fundamentals remain the same and as projects progress and/or further good news is forthcoming, the share price should move northwards.
Bergen only have 16m shares, theyโll be out in no time at these prices. When the news flow comes on trials progress, potentially as soon as next next week, this might be looked back on as a bit of a gift.
Thanks for the link Tribal but did you read it through? Note this is the last amount of shares issued to Bergen, lets hope they don't show there face again.
Serious investors could take advantage and pick up those dumped shares at a premium to earlier trends............

RNS says it all.... convertibles from 3.2p - somebody's dumping to get their 'cash back' - which they'll no doubt use for the next round of convertibles / warrants
I would say profit taking Gang. Just hold onto the reigns Guys. I do believe this could be the year :-)
Thx slicks - yes, keeping the faith... gulp.
See RNS earlier in the week. Bergen off loading perhaps. Long termers here know they are or have been a necessary evil but let them open up the tap, dump and be gone.
Bump in the road but keep the faith. However some positive news asap from Quadrise would be an antidote/counter to the Bergen sell off IMHO.
....other than selling off and ppl taking profits...
I'm in QFI and have been for some time - any clues as to what's behind this morning's drop? I must have been dozing...
