Not a straight answer ok. I just believe people should do research without being spoon fed.
Anyway for your benefit,
Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc. (“TRHC”) (NASDAQ: TRHC), a healthcare technology company advancing the field of medication safety, announces today it has entered into a partnership with Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), the oncology consultancy using mathematical models to support the development of cancer treatment regimens and personalized medicine solutions. Through this initiative, Physiomics’ personalized docetaxel model will be integrated into TRHC’s market-leading precision dosing solution, DoseMeRx®. Both parties expect positive feedback from this initial trial with the next step being a commercial agreement.
Small consultancy adds something to another companies product to test with some users translates on here into "tech will save millions" and "on the verge of signing a revenue generating deal?" with no numbers. Also doesn't appear to recognise that the company that is on the verge of signing this moneyspinner with PYC thinks so poorly of the product it wants to sell it.
Hot air and jam tommorrow as has been the case here for several years.
Yes you couldn't give a straight answer to this as I thought. All hot air and potential. As for Riddler, filtered me when I pointed out DMTR was hot air at 2p, now 0.2p.
DosemeRX as per RNS
Do explain that further. Who is the company on the verge of signing a revenue generating deal with for how much and how long?
The prostate cancer dosing application that is currently in trials to over 70 patients.
These things take years to develop- this is the answer to your question as this tech will save millions and is on the verge of signing revenue generating deal will will be realised on a monthly basis
why is it "very very positive" that they don't need a raise for a couple of years? This company is one in which you should never talk about raises at all, it's a consultancy funded by its clients not a tech selling a single product recurring revenues. it does limited timespan projects which pay for staff, administration and sales, then hopefully you would make a profit. there is hardly much growth here, so what to value this on? the worst possible thing you can value a company on is potential without numbers behind it and the fact that it works with "big names", it's all smoke and mirrors. Where is the increasing revenue coming from in this company? Supposedly it's been coming for 3 years, where is it?
Riddler, my question was a rhetorical so there was no need for you to answer. However please answer this, why do your posts always contain personal abuse at anyone who disagrees with you? Do you think that’s a clever approach?
With regards to your question, let me say this. Hat does it matter how many posts or over what period anyone has made, there is absolutely no correlation between posts and investment success or otherwise. Your assertion Seems to be that because you post mote than anyone else you are correct. They don’t let the person who fills himself with McDonalds everyday become CEO do they? Think about it old chap.
Oh and the other questions, you have no right to ask those questions.
Riddler, I’ve suspected before but this post at 10.12 today confirms it, you are completely out of your depth aren’t you?
Many thanks for you input, appreciated.. Your comment about not needing another raise for a couple of years is very very positive for me, so thanks for highlighting.. As you say AIM is not for the faint hearted, and not needing to raise for a couple of years (if at all) is massive, given what most AIM companies do.
Stephenfryup, the answer is quite simple, but first let me state that I haven’t been critical of the board of directors on this forum or any other. I have investments in a number of companies across the board of which PYC is one at the higher risk end. I keep it simply because it is a long term punt that might one day (probably because of a take over) generate some significant profit.
In terms of any quick wins it’s worth noting that the Share Price is already a healthy multiple of the balance sheet which at just over £1m is twice the running costs of the company and a precarious financial position for sustainability without any significant contracts over the next 24 months. It’s worth noting that the contract fees for Merck are minimal and almost certainly will be absorbed by the cost of administering that contract.
The company also has accumulated losses in excess of £6m and its continued trading is only possible because of the regular fundraisings over the last few years.
Riddler and his Chums talk about a lot of contracts/income around the corner - they have been preceded by many who have been forecasting ‘a big one’ for many years ….. as I said it might happen but there is no guarantee hence the reason this is a share at the punt end of the scale as opposed to the dead cert end of the scale. AIM is not for the faint hearted about 75% of companies ultimately fail - it might even be higher for overpriced ones. ASOS was a great aim success but they are few and far between.
Good luck with your investment but I hope you made it based on the facts rather than being tempted by misguided rampers.
I for one would be very interested as a more recent shareholder of a fun down of how you have seen the last 15 years for PYC, against how you see the next two years coming up ? I know you have said to Riddler its none of his business why you hold etc, but these are open chat rooms, so I would think its a reasonable question to ask, so I will ask it if I May ? "How come you still hold after 15 years if you are not happy with how the company has been run, is being run, and where it is heading?" Genuine question as really intrigues me.. If you dont like these sort of questions being asked, after you have stated your position in public, I would have to question why indeed you use these boards at all ? Thanks in advance, Kind regards.
No Nuero Plasticity In place to take on board any of those listed is my take Riddler.Shame.
There is no shame with you Riddler is there? It’s none of your business why I hold PYC and once again all you do is speculate.
Well done wye for addressing this poster, unfortunately you’ll be blocked if you don’t agree
Followed by a bunch of aggressive posters who will back him at any level
Seems to pump companies then disappears to the next, I think people are getting wise to it’s antics
Firstly Riddler, I am not multi ID, that’s a complete fabrication and lie from yourself. Secondly I’m not annoyed that I bought over 10 years ago. That’s 2 incorrect pieces of information to go with your miscounting earlier. Tell me Riddler, how often do you check your facts or is all your posting based on what you’d like to be the case rather than what is the case? Is it any wonder that you are a laughing stock on other boards.
I haven't seen any abusive language ? ?
We are all entitled to our own opinion
Agreed, that in itself is a massive plus for an AIM listed company !
The regular dilutions have made sure that there isn’t a profit yet. The current disclosed contracts appear to generate enough cash flow to prevent any further immediate fundraising but they won’t last forever.
You have held 15 years ?? Come on !! And anyway in that time plenty of time to have bought in the low pennies to be well up on your investment !!
Stephenfryup .. I’m talking about 15 years ….
Good morning to you. Out of interest how have you waited years for good news ? Surely if you have been in years you are doing incredibly well here ? I mean less than two years ago the price was 1.55p ??
Good to hear from you Riddler although it’s the same old tune……. I’ve waited years to hear good news for PYC and what I’ve learned is that it isn’t just around the corner. Pleased to see that your mate Baserite has started using the word ‘patience’
As I’ve said all along PYC is a long punt not a dead cert ………
Will never lose patience Uncle particularly at these rock bottom prices but it is a little frustrating that it’s taking so long to confirmation of commercialisation but as is the want of large Pharma who are obviously the entity in the driving seat.
Patience is a virtue so they say and need that in spades here with some 13 months having elapsed since start of Tabula liaison and interaction yet no news dropped of commercialisation.Frustrating in the extreme but will continue to hold .!!!
