If you are stupid, we'll all stupid. Most of us here are in the same boat. However, the next 5 years appear to be massively different than the last 5 years. We should move into profit in the next financial year.
I've been in this for so many years. Stuck at 1p. This company really does do my head in. Fruit flow since 2009 and im still hoping history repeats its self. Am I stupid. 20p one day.
Direct sales also begin this month to Fruitflow brand users.
Invoice financing is another option, quite straightforward, but involving some loss of margin.
Options.
You would hope after nearly 5 months of negotiations that they must be close to a conclusion with the third party , as you say gix if they pay nearly £300 k out of our funds the market should be informed I believe .BUt this is provexis we’re talking about .
DSM's current stock expected to be in excess of €1m (£886,906)
Cash in bank at 30 September 2022 = £745k
How much stock we will buy and therefore how much cash might be needed is still unclear so would like to think that we would get an RNS on or just after 31-1-2023 when the first payment is due.
Just remember its stock we are buying and it will be sold at a profit.

From the interims :-
"Based on its current level of cash it is expected that the Group will therefore need to raise further equity finance, or potentially new loan finance, in the coming months ..."
So, as Alf and yourself have said, it doesn't have to be in January.
Given our cash burn rate, I'd say February is the most likely time. If we don't manage to arrange something without going to the market and need a placing then I'd guess it'll be early February ( to allow time to put everything in place ).
If they are going to raise money on the market, I hope they use Primary Bid or similar to allow anyone to help fund it ( though I'm not sure if we still have an association with PB ? ).
They have a couple of other options, such as stock financing (overdraft), and logistics funding, (third party handler)
I suppose the increase in income from the new deal will keep the reserves at a certain level .
I realise they have £700k in the bank but do they really want to deplete the safety net we’ve have with that !
That has been the major problem for 13 years cannot reach the mass population;don't need educated people;just serious marketing
No.
Read the rest of the update and you will see that they have enough cash to cover at least two of the payments, and that there are other funding options.
“. It is intended that the Company will pay DSM for this inventory over the course of a three month sale back period, commencing on 1 January 2023, with payments due equally (amounting to one third of DSM's 31 December 2022 inventory) on 31 January 2023, 28 February 2023 and 31 March 2023. “ So are we expecting an Rns at the end of the month as the bod have to find approx £330 k in one way or another !
Didn't need to.
The issue with scientific products is that their creators are so enamoured with the ability to control a specific body function that they are prepared to overlook known adverse effects IMHO. Having a product here that has no such adverse effects should benefit us greatly, except that the industry has far more resources to keep control of the narrative. However, there must be enough educated consumers who can differentiate. If only we can reach them.
I expect many on here have googled "statin side effects" this morning.
Massive opportunity here for us if we can get the message out there that there is a natural alternative to combat strokes and CVD that has no side effects - just need to get the cost down.
From a friend's personal experience there may be a synergistic effect of FF and statins on bp.

Very Interesting read
"In September, BY-HEALTH's latest research achievement "Water-soluble tomato concentrate modulates shear-induced platelet aggregation and blood flow in vitro and in vivo" (Water-soluble tomato concentrate WSTC regulates platelet aggregation and blood flow) was published in the authoritative scientific journal "Frontiers Published in "in Nutrition" (Nutrition Frontiers), revealing the new mechanism of "water-soluble tomato concentrate Fruitflow ® ", i.e., the activity of chrysanthemum to improve blood flow health, marking BY-HEALTH's innovation and development of new functions to a new level".
That one was an official press release from By-Health.

and maybe

a couple more of their brands.
I am hoping that DSM lead the way and include FF in their Culterelle Brand. Given the gut health study results, it seems the obvious place to start.

In the following link the top word is Provexis's trademark for Fruitflow. As David says "QINGLUOSU"
The bottom is By-Healths Trademark for a product that contains Fruitflow and I believe something else (I forget what),XINLUOSU, and it was originally the name of a sports product that was going to launch back around 2017 before all the regulatory work started.

So long as it's Fruitflow, I don't mind what they call it :)
sorry, fat fingers, posted too early
they used XINLUOSU Tablet in this trial, which I think it will be the name of product that launched by BH in the future
BH is promoting fruitflow as QINGLUOSU in Chinese.
