Super product, but expensive(maybe different with economy of scale)..Poor management and marketing skills coupled with death spiral loans that destroyed trust and confidence. Not forgetting the dreaded moon antics.
But you stayed silent for most of that time?
Y'right.
Two years ago it was sub .3.
Bad judgement Naz, you shoulda scooped some up shouldn't you.
I think this is an issue for many who have been here since Adam was a lad. Provexis maybe a good candidate for a seminar on how a super product failed to reach anything like its full potential. Perhaps this is due to poor leadership, the wrong partner and a chronic lack of funds for over a decade. For those who chose to see it (including the CEO at the time who found a way out) the company simply could not attract an end user of the calibre of Danone or Benecol as examples. However, the situation, grim as it is, could be better managed and updates given. I can't access the RNS service atm but I don't think there have been any updates at all this year. Is there really NOTHING at all to report and if so, what exactly is the CEO doing to manage this situation. Valid questions IMO.
Over the past 12 years;I have emailed DSM(when I was younger!) and thought "What a product "Surely having a Big backer in DSM What could possibly go wrong?,Response was We are working very hard to promote FRUITFLOW BLAH BLAH XX
I agree totally with you ,I fts been 11 years ,since its been below 1p
rhetorical question]
NOUN
a question asked in order to create a dramatic effect or to make a point rather than to get an answer.
Go on then.
Why are DSM unable to crack a sizeable one?Perhaps ask DSM?
A continual rise in the number of potential health claims for Fruitflow over the years ought to have been putting this in the minds of many more brands. There are so many now that perhaps the message is less than clear for which category to promote Fruitflow as being beneficial. Each claim, in order to be fully developed, could consume more resources. As every single one is a life enhancing benefit, it's hard to deny that such further development would be a good use of funds. Of all the brands we know about to date, only By Health have funded such further research. Against that, they are Chinese.
There should be more interest from Western brands, why are DSM seemingly unable to crack a sizeable one?
Well technically the important thing is the P&L not total revenue, but that is also a useful indicator for progress.
Let's hope it is positive for all our long suffering sake. The endless silence is deafening
This share has been a dog since the approval by the eu I think it was 10 year ago it just went from 12p to less than a penny I sold out after pxs sold sis and put my money in solg and omi which has made me back my loss with pxs and more these two companies have a lot more to rise of you are running at a loss have a look at them alway dyor
The thing that matters (Total revenue for the year) should be reported this month.
:)
It's one thing uncovering the number of products, but the only thing that matters is the number sold
Yep, but someone was happy to buy them
Obviously someone had enough yesterday 2 million sell
I have kept a basic list alfista.
Some of the earlier products that didn't make it were removed but it was 2 difficult to keep a live list so any product found was added and not all will still be available. To date that list consists of 120 products although I am sure they have not all been found.
Happy to share the list if anyone is interested and knows were I can post a word doc.
I'm guessing you haven't kept a running total of how many brands you've unearthed for us gix, but, over the years, it's a very long list by now.

Surely it's not complicated.
If it was a sell without a buy it would have crashed, it didn't.
If it was a buy without a sell it would have soared, it didn't.
If someone had increased/reduced holdings, we'd see an RNS, we haven't.
So, as far as the company is concerned, they've got nothing to inform us of.
BB, "Maybe this is going to be one of those great PXS unanswered questions ?"
I have a feeling you are right.
Prompted a bit by Alf's comment on tax. One other possibility is that Lucas and family have moved some shares between different family members ?
If that was the case, then the overall family holdings could remain the same, so no threshold change and no RNS ?

Gixer
To be honest, I'd forgotten about McKeeve. If he was still holding, but had been amenable to selling to someone directly , then that would be more likely than DSM(V).
Rising Stars are totally out, and have been for a while.
... I know because I asked them what must be at least a couple of years ago.
Alf's suggestion it might be MMs moving shares between each other is possible, but there are specific codes for that, and the 10 million trade I looked at didn't have those codes, so I think that's unlikely.
Maybe this is going to be one of those great PXS unanswered questions ?
Hopefully the upcoming results will give us something more concrete to talk about, though I suspect there won't be anything unexpected in them

BB, Re:- DSM Venturing holding (s) RNS.
The last one from DSM was on the 17th May 2017 when they went below 8%. As far as I am aware we are still waiting on one to say they went below 7% and that was a while ago.
https://www.investegate.co.uk/provexis-plc--pxs-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201705170951514093F/
Rising Star also had 55.9 million but don't remember if they sold out after going below 3%
My money is on McKeeve selling with his ongoing issue with Ocado.
Question is....... Who is buying?
..or movements between Market Makers. They were noted as not being price setting, so that idea would also be credible.
As for any of the HNWI's, the tax treatment of AIM shares would make it unlikely IMHO, and I don't see DSMV reducing unless Provexis choose to end the collaboration.
All just my opinion though.
