Three weeks now since APEC's last deadline, and not one single peep out of TO'R. I'd like to think he's struggling to adjust from the office De'Longhi Nespresso machine to a plastic kettle and "bring your own" instant ... but I'm more inclined to think he just doesn't give a flying rat's a$$ about shareholders.
Surprised the Irish press isn't having a field day over this fiasco.
You have found me out!
SirNigel.. I seem to be very much on your thoughts these days. I am flattered!!
I have heard Brexit blamed for many things but using it to explain the present debacle is perhaps stretching things a little ! Perhaps it’s Theresa May fault .... !
Perhaps my wording was too strong and was partly tongue in cheek .... but I consider that there has been very little clarity as to what has been going on during a rather unprecedented slide from 700 to 4p ... personally if I was in charge during a disaster such as that I d have to feel partly responsible and claims such as Tor is not to blame appear a little positive as the reality is that we have had so little information that it is difficult to say what exactly is going on .... but of course if anovas and Juan are happy with management during this period ... that is their right just as I have the right to question why I know so little about what can only be considered as “going wrong” and as to old techniques ... they don t appear to have been very successful as regards having the management reveal the details of their agreement with APEC and regular updates about what APEC and their bank are saying about the transfer that Tor recently appeared so confident about and given that September has ended and October too nearly ... what is his thinking going forward and more clarity as to “our” options ... but as I say those who are happy with the management are entitled to feel this way as are those who are not ...
Sir Nigel...If you are "ignorant in the new technology" why don't you use the old technology!!!
How would you like to have been invested in the Woodford Group? Went bust this week owing billions.

O'Reilly has done nothing wrong and I am sure he is working to sort this out. Perhaps he is waiting until this Brexit fiasco is over.
You have to work within the law and at present Providence is not in breach of any element of Company Law and thinking of setting up a claque to harangue in some way in his home is not the way to do it.
Why not try Plunkett if you are going to filibuster O'Reilly? On the other hand, like myself, you could go through the proper channels which is your gripe, technically, against Providence and put the pressure on there? He might not be able to answer now but at least he might give us a legal Providence statement as to what is going on.
Group, be damned. Get real.
Perhaps the first step would be to form a group .... I m afraid I m pretty ignorant in the new technology front but I agree if we could form into a group ... any tech people out there and ask the right questions then you might be surprised as to the answers ... at least we could try for Tor s house in Malta if Anovas gives us the address !
Seriously this Tor chap appears to have been taking everyone and their cousin for a ride for far too long ... maybe it’s time to try and at least try something .... suggestions welcome .... to at least protest about being ripped off so badly ... never have so many being robbed by so few!
You could have emailed them in the time it took you to put that bit of c**p.
Let us not get too scientific. I emailed them yesterday, not expecting to get a response but it puts a bit of pressure on.
If a number email asking, for example:
Email: info@providenceresources.com
"What is the current status with APEC? Where is the $10m APEC was said to have paid into Providence's account? Is the APEC deal legally dead? Why have you not kept the shareholders up to date with an RNS regarding the status of the money or the deal with APEC?"
The more the merrier. If there are enough messages, we cannot be ignored.
Does PVR actually have a Plan B?
I agree Sir Nigel Private investors need to form a group and make inquires as to the best way to force the bronze & board to give factual details of the apec Deal and if mismangement took place and if proven appropriate Legal action on behalf of shareholders Could be taken.
