JW, that's one heck of a thought ... umm, I'll look at the other Board later for comment on that by a certain someone, but umm... :-) :-) :-)
P.s. for that other poster, cheers for the link last night. Looks to me though that they are not quite as in the money that they have been previously? Perhaps just the way I read it?!! Oh, and your place has been the asylum today :-)
Hehehehehe JW
I. Would expect the stock lender to want their RI entitlement? So a margin recall would be needed. Unless ARCM pay to compensate the original owners.
Agree Bladesman, that would truly throw the cat amongst the proverbial lol. Will be a battle from both sides ...oil maintaining around these levels does give us a helping hand too, which is not to be unappreciated.
Can't rule out a margin call on the shares that arcm hold, so not necessarily do they have all the time in the world to hand them back. Interesting to see how all this unwinds. Strap yourselves in, its gonna be bumpy!
Grippa, whilst I remain hopeful of the fact that all progresses smoothly and the deal can be done, don't expect ARCM to close their short anytime soon. Unless anyone can answer the question of how much the short is costing them to keep open per month, then they could remain for a very long time. They have made a lot of money on the bonds already, they will be getting a higher rate of interest on these too. The only thing which will make them close the short (other than a very unlikely FCA ruling), is a continued and sustained SP rise.
The other board has been nuts today in my opinion (one poster in particular); in my view, balance and sense are needed. This could be an excellent Company going forward, but headwinds and risks still remain ...not just from ARCM.
Thanks Guys so will it be F YOU MAMA to ACRM on the 12th of feb, not to long to wait then!!!
Indeed it is with sanction by the court expected in March. Get your champers ready ??
The creditors meeting is I think on 12th Feb.
Anyone know how long we will have to wait for the vote on proposed changes by the lenders???
i.e. when we can finally say up yours to ACRM???
