That is aways park or FOAK which I believe on PHE side has been worked out, on HUI hasn’t fully but it will be. The biggest issues are coming from the board and lack of leadership in the companies, which is the one working out the business deals and the funding. The engineering part is the easiest and has been for the most sorted out. As for reverse stock split…I could partially agree, even half it will not affect the market cap buy there are too many shares in issue rn and it could be positive in attracting bigger investors.
Unless both companies work at cost price and discounted consultancy (possible early stage build) if they did they would give away the build cost of DMG, future sales maybe less lucrative?
But then how desperate are both companies just to make this happen?
There is surely anywhere between 15-25 million quid to be raised to get DMG hydrogen into the Eu, include all certifications?
The above figure is to be found based upon a physical product that is unproven. In this financial climate that is Everest to climb. Another reason PHE, should do a share consolidation.
Seaflat, PHE is a technology station? I mentioned HUI, and they are tasked to bring DMG, into the Eu. That also by nature involve the intellectual property owner PHE.
HUI, stipulated that the IP, was not good enough this from Linde Group. HUI, did not bring forward a timetable resolve the issues. Until the engineering side be complete cannot sell DMG.
Have you not understood the Eu, market? All the basic stuff is not there. That is before you build and ship to the testing centre. Or pay them to visit a site. Really does display the sheer distance both companies are from commercial product.
What needs to happen is that million more pounds need to be raised, those finances to be banked that tell us yes, a DMG unit could be built, and the funds must include all certification.
DMG, is millions of pounds from ever being built within the Eu. And if Peel NRE, ever complete a DMG, no guarantee they shall work behalf HUI, without some financial reward. HUI, require a working unit to remove all those EU, market entry barriers.
Time will tell.
I have but a lot of it is nitpicking and a long shot…conformity applies to physical products yes, but dmg is a technology station, or factory if you need to cal it , it’s not a product.
As for this certificate it appears as just something that can easily be attained AFTER DMG is built. Not a requirement before building the station. I’m pretty sure there is a lot more stuff that needs to be registered and of course it will be in order for the company to operate.
Appreciate when you have actual concerns, like the last of press and the constant delays and slow progress, the lack of proper leadership and speakers from both PHE and HUI, that’s something we can almost all agree they need to improve. But a lot if your posts are trying to portray issues that are not really there. Let alone that you say you’re not invested so I don’t understand where is all this coming from.
Seaflat, you know fine well DMG of HUI, are tasked to bring to Eu, is the physical product and physical product does now require TUV, certification. Or do you deny the obvious that I’ve been writing past week or two?
Audible-HUI ARE A PHYSICAL PRODUCT? HUI ARE A COMPANY…. Seriously your theories are getting more and more ridiculous every time. You’re stretching it. Just stop leave and go comment where you’re actually invested it
My understanding of TUV is that they take the physical product and also test that product? HUI, are without a physical product, therefore cannot gain certification.
DVL, take a product in the design stage and associated data and give a conclusion? DMG, passed the documentation stage without serious problems, or nothing that couldn’t be improved/resolved.
Maybe you all wake up and smell the BS? Now it’s time to decide who be telling BS?
Well, well, well. There better be a HUI, listed amongst the companies. At least synthetic gas is mentioned so perhaps that could cover DMG?
Certification of hydrogen and certificates of origin
18.05.2022 | 12:15-13:10
ROOM B
The creation of a low-emission certification system for hydrogen fuel is a step towards decarbonising the European energy market. Using hydrogen as a fuel can have economic and environmental benefits, but currently more than 95% of hydrogen is produced from fossil fuels in processes that emit large amounts of carbon dioxide. Hydrogen is an energy carrier and can be produced and used in the production of electricity and (synthetic) natural gas. Therefore, there is a need to introduce a Hydrogen Certificate of Origin. We need to know by what methods it is produced, what CO2 emissions are associated with, whether it is consumed on site or transported over long distances. The system of certification of origin, production methods, methods of transport and finally the method of using hydrogen is to serve this purpose. This system could be combined with the certification system in other energy sectors. “””As part of this panel, we will talk with TUV SUD experts and get to know companies that already carry out certification processes, “”””about certificate trading, origin and technology security.
