If commercial side proves to work this will take off much much higher. I have been in for a very long time and at no time compelled to sell.
Hi MAN, yes that as well!
Audible - In relation to your 07.30 post with the greatest of respect BumbleB is not sacremongering he was asking a valid question what if there are voles there. One of the reports noted some evidence that there might be voles. In that case a prudent developer would make investigations to determine if there are voles present as to find out after work on the development has started would incur additional costs. I do not detect BumbleB saying anymore than that.
That is quite different to the debate me and BumbleB have been having which is over whether and if so for how long the planning authority should wait for advice from Natural England before taking the application to committee. These are to different things. BumbleB has I believe moved on from the discussion about Voles you are the only one still going on about them.
No idea, I'm sure it will sort itself out. I'm more interested in what the W2T deal looks like.
Nought against voles, as you know. The scare monger Bumble, only has to stop. Agree?
There within all reports no animals are noted that prevent planning application. Agree?
Audible - Bumble said let's draw a line under it but you keep banging on, wat have you got against voles?
There are no words within any document that I have read that request movement of any animal, that a breeding programme must be established. There are nature zones connected to the site, etc. Bumble, stop the fantasy vole problem.
There is within reports as we see at this moment -all the data is online- no veto to planning.
More hysteria from Bumble, be specific Bumble. Fact is a report on voles was cited main Exology report that document was within a report carried out 2019, within the months recommend by the Government guidance note you linked tool earlier post.
Come on here moaned, whined, complained and we discover what you present is false.
All the reports are complete. Now Bumble, stop the non sense.

Water voles thriving in Oxfordshire and Berkshire and given a ...
26 Feb 2018 - The UK's longest running water vole recovery project, led by the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust, is reporting a significant and steady increase in water vole activity over the last 10 years.
If animals have to be removed that way they have to be humanely cared for, and bred, but you also need to create new or restore old unsuitable habitats that don’t already support voles before releasing them. Which adds cost. As I read the report ditches will be retained after the works, so I hope they will have a low impact and it is a matter of licensed habitat manipulation to discourage them from using the working areas.
Kenny, yes, it is an accepted technique, but is expensive and their are concerns about the stress placed on animals. If numbers are low and habitat is not being permanently displaced displacement is better. We won’t know which way they will go until the relevant survey work is reported.
Feisty little critters. I went on a course on these beasts and remember the trail of blood resulting from the water vole handling part of the course.

kenny100, the preferred approach for water voles would be to temporarily displace them from their habitat if possible, encouraging them to move into other areas by habitat management, and recolonise the restored areas at a later date once works are completed.
Hey up Kenny hows you doing ?
So if present could be moved if need be................
The voles spent the winter in an "over-wintering facility" before being moved to Hampshire and Cornwall, according to the figures.
