I think PFP will eventually get bought out by the new owners obviously they don’t want to pay anything now, but they could just to stop the action. The BOT claim will drag in for a few years do the new owners just want to sit there and wait or will they take a chance and just start with the Moz Gov backing they have and risk a higher compo?
That has been my hope since the Chinese grabbed the licences. It’s extremely valuable as we have seen with the feasibility study. Over $300M annual revenue for a 30 years mine life. Will the Chinese want to get their hands on that revenue ASAP? So buy PFP out for £100M? In the grand scheme of things that’s peanuts. But would give everybody a fantastic return and they can get on with developing.
Yes, also will the new false owners of the license just buy us out when news hits we are going to stall any development of the license by litigation.
It appears they have litigation finders lined up. Will they save face and settle or get dragged through international tribunal??

"It appears that MIREME not only failed to limit the risk of a disposal of Mining Title 4623C but positively facilitated it, thereby increasing the Company's exposure to losses. Pathfinder estimates its losses exceed US$ 621.3 million and should we continue to be unable to resolve the matter with the Government of Mozambique, the Board intends to pursue its valuable claim under the Treaty, with the support of litigation funders."
with support of the liigation funders.....do they have someone already on a no win no fee basis or a % off what we get well that is off course if....we win
The next RNS need to state funding in place BIT claim has begun
i would read todays RNS as a last shot across the bow imho....as they have to by the treaty make every opertunity to try and negotiate as this actually strengths our case by us doing so...imho etc etc nice off the MM's to drop the price today tho :-)
I'd previously posted (23/01/21) that the BIT could have started at the beginning of Nov '20 (
https://www.iareporter.com/articles/mozambique-on-notice-of-dispute-from-uk-based-heavy-metals-miner/ ..... ) but perhaps being put on notice is part of the prior correspondence with the Moz. Govt. That said the language used by Peter Taylor (PT) in today's RNS suggests that the process has not moved past that " put on notice " position. I would urge the BOD to simply get on with it, clearly PT has claimed fraud and there is now no point and no value to PFP and shareholders in hanging around.

Thanks for explaining I didn’t understand the RNS

The uncrossing trade is the result of all of the buys and sells in the call period being uncrossed at where the most volume can be matched. For example, if there is a buy order at 105p and a sell order at 102p it is clear that there is a match. The buyer is willing to pay 3p more than the sell order in the call period.
So basically the trades get filled at the average price... if the UT trade is a buy it indicates there are more trades on the ask then the sell side.. & vise versa.
Oh dear. More likely what are people willing to sell for.. Don't believe a word that anyone sais on here. This share was taken over by the boiler room scamming crew a few years ago. Why uncrossing trades now during the day?
So it’s to see what people are willing to pay?
It’s an auction - that’s what the UT trade came through for
price monitoring 10-15% or whatever it set at price swing yes i almost had a heart attack too....
What are the RNS about?
Director deals are always a good indicator. I’m actually surprised more people haven’t taken notice of it. This has the potential to move quickly if there’s any sign of a deal. Low mc and large potential assets make this a buy for me. Interesting few weeks ahead.
Lets be honest... Moz government have bugger all to gain from trying to drag this out and going into litigation. I reckon we are going to get a sneaky little surprise rns, director buying surely signals he thinks the odds of ratification are high....
yea think its a insider trading thing its if you know there news in 30 days you cant buy but if suddenly MOZ accepts our terms an rns has to be issued and as he didnt know hes covered
oldblue - It wouldn't make a difference in this case as the news was nnot known when the director bought... if the Moz government backed down and let PFP have the mine tomorrow, we would find out asap as this development was not know when the director bought.
As I understand news could drop within 30 days, this wouldn’t be an issue for the buys as long as it was proved it was ‘unexpected’ news etc
director buy so may not get news for at least 30 days but thats nearly 80k of his own money in.... so 20th feb onwards but may drop anytime patience....
The time frame that’s been bounced about is 1-4 years for the BIT claim, the court cost claim I would suspect 6-12 months on that
The BOD are definitely stringing this one out .
Best of
no mate...
Based on the chart this looks like it will make a run into the pennies regardless. So from this level, its odds off for as long as they keep talking and don't confirm BIT. & if they get ratification, all bets are off.
