St123- Sorry, I forget to add one more thing, first assay would test how prior testing as well as gauge of the due diligence in general....so far. But, it won't and can't reflect how big it would, could or will be.
But, any good reports, at early stage and I'm sure this TWO BIG DRAGONS on the board will take this forward sensibly and knows what they're doing.......
No worries....a top tier junior tied up with two top tier majors is a rare history...
And one can sleep soundly for now whatever crazy, irrational MMs is playing around.
And as I've always claimed up here.......no rampers required....here you come and submit in
total confidence....or pick another choice and walk away, please!
GL.
ST123- Yes, I keep mentioning 2022, that's the end of the phase 1 and both Majors to decide to JV or not JV. Point blank conclusion as per the contract as it stands should they continue to press on for year 3 and 4, which they'll sensibly imo.
But, we've no control or say beyond that, will that buy, or not, if, when etc...so, that's not my problem at this stage, neither will it hit £5- or 20.
All I'm focus now and have to be sensibly prepared for is- to stay here till next 2 years to say the least and see minimum 60p return.........1000/1000 odds to fulfill that before flying on my fantasy silk carpet :)
And, if all goes well, and in particular after the first essay which by all means seems very promising...I do see something like in between 60-550+p as probable potential....for sure!
A month and quarter at a time....heading fast in the right direction and I like it!!
GL.
Assay not essay.
The world is due a tier one discovery. Anza might be the one. Its been years (decades?) since a 50 million oz discovery.
Thanks bhargav, I'm pretty sure the first essay will give us a good indication at how big this is. I'm also sure that the share price would run away on positive results. You have mentioned 2022 a few times and I think that given our advanced situation then I'm sure a fair amount of value would have been added by this point. I have also resigned myself to a similar timeframe and you never know we might even be bought out by then taking the dilemma out of our hands but as you say it should have returned many folds by then.
@mEM - “I buy on EVERY DIP”
What do you mean by this? That you buy every time the SP dips below a certain level (30p?) or that you buy shortly after any new high? Or that you buy every time there’s a retracement of more than x%?
TBH I will sell some at £20 - which will mean we are a mega Tier 1 mine :)
ST123- I've missed out on that sort of opportunity in the past. Although, I do regret at times not top slicing a single dime over last 2 years which could have netted me more in terms of 'more shares accumulation' on this rare odds to knocking on my doors. Fortunately, I left a little holding in GGP from .36p days which have seen over 75 folds under 4 years. If all goes well, drilling and results wise with future license applications and so forth...I see something less, equivalent or more here...at least to say multifold from this level onwards....in next 2 years.
If we see, Brad/ Louise/ Tom buying any...then I would expect minimum 10 folds.
If Agnico adds to it, and they'll have to get in quick and at high premium should they wish to hold any or
match NEM?....then that would be some signal too.
I can see likes of Karl and other, top slicing a bit to play around whilst holding tightly to the core one. I think that seems best of the both world practice. Keep some to trade, let others run over the longer period. I'm currently seeing over £100k paper profit loss then what I've had at 45p. But I'm confident to see 60p-550p+ as range it could go to, especially 50-60p+ in near future (next week or month)....
But over all, coming back to the key question, for how long should I hold....if hits the infinity?
I would say, sell all you need to see as good return, may a fold, 5, 10 whatever level...and just let others run
for as long as good or bad....outcome!
Personally I would be ok, to see minimum 60p and rest is bonus.....until whatever it reached in 2 years...not
selling a bean in the meantime though.
GGP lesson cost me alot, but it could be blessing in disguise this time around?
I don't know, but, odds at this stage looks promising and I'll ponder on it again at the first assay
result near new year more or less...
Hope it helps? :)
Expru2000 I'm sure it won't take 9 years to realise the potential here and if you own a fair chunk of shares then you will, be retiring early for sure.
ST123 - I've still got 9 years to retirement so bring it on : )
middleEastMoney if as you say everything comes together and we are sitting on first rate asset then although the SP will rocket, the dilemma would be when to sell up.
There are many examples whereby a share has exploded beyond anyone's expectations and we have all heard tales of PIs selling for a pound when the share went on to make £20. If we reach that point of the share exploding then I wonder how many will, hold their nerve to benefit from the heady heights of where it could eventually settle ?
£5 no Sir, higher than a measly £5. That only gives a M/cap of £800m, I now think that will be a stepping stone to a higher valuation.
For PI’s this might be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
We will gain a insight with initial drills, but they have an area the size of Birmingham, possibly much deeper gold (higher extraction costs) but the Reserve figures might rise exponentially.
I think we might need to face the possibility that we are sitting on something very special, hence our 2 major JV Partners.
Eventually the SP will show the true value.
Meanwhile keep an eye on news of the USD possibly re connected to the Gold Standard, this will drive POG to unbelievably higher levels, making our OMI worth 3 or 4 times more than your wildest dreams.
I think the MM's may try to keep a lid on the share price ahead of the drilling update and then let it fly. Im seriously thinking of upping my holding to the 1 million share LSE club.
I like the predator analogy middle east money. At this rate, punters on LSE will end up owning most of OMI.
At some point we will need to hand over to the big boys. Im guessing if its a Continental Gold size discovery, the share price will be a minimum of £5.
Once we get initial results back from the Lab, assuming they confirm similar or better results, either stepping out or infill, my feeling is this will validate all of the leg work, the 2 massive gold miners, and everybody watching. Make no mistake, lots of the industry watching us.
With that RNS, the SP will rocket. For most of us on here, this is possibly another GGP, but GGP on steroids, fast tracked to a MRE/JORC.
Watch how the SP behaves over the next 2 weeks, I buy on EVERY DIP, moving money from other assets, I am not sitting on my hands, I am like a predator, adding, adding and acquiring more and more.
Be decisive, be bold, but above all else buy and hold.
For Newmont to sell Buritica 11m oz gold in favour of Anza tells you something. Anza has just 24k metres drilled but the grades are off the scale.
Yes Karl, I know a few on here including myself who cannot wait for the results inJanuary that will most probably confirm that this is a special find. Surely 2 majors can’t be wrong.
Agreed share trader. Brad is a geologist so has got a good handle on the potential for the Anza Project, hence his bullishness. The previous ceo was an accountant.
Karl, never mind about Brad, If you can’t be a little rampish when you are sitting on something special with 2 majors and a free carry then I don’t know when you can.
Whats Brad George's history? I don't know much about him. Is he a ramper? I don't think he is. He seems measured. The below quote from him implies Anza could be a very big discovery. He's not mincing his words.
"There are very few gold mines in the world of similar potential, and the fact we have two of the top ten gold miners in the world involved in its development speaks to that potential." said Brad. "Its 50Km South of Buritica which has 10/11 million ounces of gold, very high grade, plus 10 grams. Anza is an exact analouge geologically, its the same structure, rocks , width and grade to Buritica. What we don't have yet is the same tonnes, so we need to prove the resource. "
