count me in too. I have my shares through IWEB. i dont think they ever offer a vote.
I can also email the NOMAD. is there a particular contact or shall i use the generic one?
I’ll be shocked if Anyone invested in OMI, won’t join you Jackbal. Count me in and also a few of my friends who all have decent holdings here.
Jackbal,
Please ping me on Bhargav66@hotmail.com, I'll then give you my phone no., and we can discuss this. At the same time, may be if you can share you email address and would be complainant can contact us. And we can take it forward.
Lets keep this issue out of here.
It's not good for moral or sentiment, though Orosur don't deserve prospective investors here.
Until, the rascals may repent and change?
Although, I know, Brad has his theory...of deceit at hand.
Hi Jackbal,
I don't know if the following e-mail, 1st posted by myself on 19th Dec 2021 helps, but it can't hurt in clarifying governance concerns with the Nomad. Had it been a different time of year or if we had more time on our side, we might have taken things further at the time. We also fell for Brad's positivity going forward!

RE: Upcoming vote at AGM19 Dec 2021 19:13
Maybe I'm reading this incorrectly, but I don't believe we've legally been given sufficient notice of the AGM, and that's to put aside the questionable tactics of just posting on a web site.
According to rules for public companies, there needs to be 21 days notice for AGM, and we only received 20 (3rd Dec RNS & 23rd Dec AGM). This doesn't apply if 95% approve of shorter timescale - god knows how that works in practise!
As far as putting notice of AGM on website instead, the Cos. Act requires members (shareholders) to be told it's on web site too for former to be validated.
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/46/part/13/chapter/3/crossheading/notice-of-meetings/enacted?view=plain
I'd appreciate others' opinions in case they read things differently. If others concur, can we try to first clarify, and better still stop, AGM meeting and vote by contacting Stock Exchange directly?

So far that’s 4 of us. It’s probably enough for the matter to be taken seriously.
If I was the nomad I would want it quickly answered before more holders jump on the bandwagon..
Sian, Bhargav and Webbs, do you mind e-mailing the nomad to confirm your details & votes against?
If you could confirm on here if you have done it I will speak to Nomad again to further a real issue not just the ramblings of a disgruntled individual.
It’s surprising that more long term holders don’t want to issue Brad a ticket. No point complaining in the future if even more damage is done through absence of governance.
If one of the majors ever makes a bid for the Colombian assets Omi holders would need full disclosure on what they are agreeing to sell.
Good luck holding long term, you will need it if you are trusting Brad to simply do the right thing given last 12 months here.
count me in as well.
Jackbal-
Count me in that too, if it helps to add in numbers. Not only my online voting on time didn't count. I produce a physical cert as well at the event signed and approved by my ii broker nearly a month in advance, I used that method at previous AGM(s) event during Ignacio (Ex-Ceo till July'20) days back in 2018 and 19. And it was honoured by Ignacio on the day, at the event unlike last one on 23rd Dec'2021 which was declined by our current Chairman, Louie.
And I think a few more of us may add to the list of voice of concern and complaint for the AIM shareholders.
Chicken,
Apart from the date of the event which takes advance planning to organise to fix the venue, in tune with his globe trotting travel times and timings, there is glimmer of hope that we shall see some update next week before the day because--
Majors are due to let us announce some update every 3 months, last being in March and assays were submitted in April without Covid lab delays. It is possible to hit in the last week of the June(?).
Plus, some spin on Brazil may add to the contents. Not sure, if anything else to it?
Yes, I agree, they will have to take some enormous steps in favour of long suffering investors before one may forgive their actions (ref voting) till this date.
But, apart from that, lets see what sort of timeline it follows. I'm just interpreting between the lines and I've no crystal ball. AIMO only.
Sian,
Thanks for response. It just requires enough of us that voted against to advise nomad of the perceived irregularities and they will have to look into it and give us a view.
It’s not as if governance isn’t a concern here going on form guide
So if he needs instis he needs cash…
Cash to develop the “free hits”, see where I’m going with this!
Bhargav your timeline makes sense. We do know that insti involvement and phase 2 are are at the forefront of Orosur's near term agenda and no doubt is taking precedence. The last RNS about face to face meeting did clearly state that no new information would be discussed so perhaps it is basically just what it says on the tin and a bit of a red herring expecting that news would drop before it. As for the voting. I'm trying to look to the future personally. Alot of factors that if Brad plays well over the next few months I won't mind so much about it but I certainly wouldn't be happy if it happened again and honest hard-working patron's voices were ignored.
Jackbal,
Brad emerged from his cage as a roaring tiger at the beginning of this year to transform the business and fix data protocol issues. He then boasted about ramping up activities after his previous hasty claims that the company will be in "news rich period" before spending three months in radio silence over changing the T-shirts, manipulating AGM RNS delays and management were busy rigging votes over 10% options policy to match TSXV peers.
He then came back from the SA acting like a kitten, although claimed is "very happy" and that the "data protocols issues were sorted"!
The phase 2 JV procedure might begin three to four months in advance, according to his early interviews, however we haven't seen any news update.
He also visited 1-2-1 conference in Cape Town and Brazil in May, and possibly to PDAC this month in Toronto after a brief or was it Louie by himself?
I don't know the reason to organise the upcoming event on his "personal visit" to meet current or would be investors. But he has attended the 1-2-1 or PDAC which indicates some sort of attempts to try any handshakes with institute or compare that with what TP may come up with for the future.
Whatever plans he has in potential come to the surface at some point…
Hi Jackbal I’m interested in pursuing the vote rigging but not sure how. I’m with HL and used all my voting rights.
I feel the bod have unfairly manipulated us shareholders for there own gain.
Bhargav it seems odd to come halfway across the world to a meeting that hardly anyone will attend. Why bother doing that? TP raising? Price action would make sense in that context. Holding back news to entice or welcome new holders? The whole delay for a simple Brazil update seems odd.
If anyone is interested the nomad will look into the voting but I think it needs more voice to be taken seriously.
Is anyone else who had their votes ignored or interested in pursuing it?
On my own I prob just look like an embittered fruit cake!
Chicken-
Firstly, I don't think there will be any update before the presentation because- hardly anyone will be attend to it.
Secondly, the phase 2 JV process may not kick off till 5th Sept (Monday), which gives majors 90 days to negotiate the new T & Cs in tune with their financial year.
So, July and Aug - we shall see news gap fillers- Brazil- Argentina-Uruguay- an update or two on drill news and permits.
In the meantime, some negotiation with the insti or TP would go on to combat next plan B of action (possible for early next year). And warrants may expire without being exercised.
Imo.
First of all, the volume is very low, so I won't comment on any buys or sells this morning. Sadly, interest is still low as it has been for many months.
Plus, people buy or sell at ALL times is purely down to their circumstances, in case of Forseti, an accident at times and that makes the market what it is.
I won't call it strange times, although we're due on many fronts and long back....you never with this lot...it may be Xmas before we get any news, just like we were anticipated "news rich period"...and I've lost counting "months" in waiting! and probably the same old presentations (with nothing new to say at the event).
Recently, we were expecting Brazil update a week or so ago. Did that happen?
I think, underneath, Bod is working on some negotiations with perhaps some insti or two, and majors. Brad has a dictionary full of excuses....and he can convince you for whatever may be the outcome and ."away from the public domain" if you email to him.
Overall, I do anticipate, some interesting activities hopefully to support long suffering investors. But.....
You never know.
I agree, seems a strange time to sell approaching our quarterly Colombia update. A few buys yesterday afternoon. Possibly happen again today?
People became too bearish and are failing to see that we are about to receive results from 5 drilling holes from APTA which has proven to be one of a kind with fantastic results. Why would you sell before those news? We Only need a really good hole to send the share price where it should be. I guess Monday or Tuesday could be the day for results before the Meeting.
