I really hope you're right Yuri but given Oilex's track record, nothing would surprise me. To me the weird thing was the wording "continue to engage with all parties" for recovery of the cash calls. Very vague. Why would you need to engage if anything had been agreed? Atb.
Look at the trade prices, blues at 0.09 and then red is higher? Buys disguised as sells..? 14k followed by a buy just under 34k?
Something had to of been laid on the table to drop Arb. If it isn’t any more of Cambay, then what could it be Gordon? You don’t just drop arb half way through do you? Would of been a complete waste of time starting it in the first place. There’s a piece of the puzzle missing here....
Good question, normally the large end of day trades have been buys Mind you
Also, whatever the deal, it's unlikely to compensate for the cash down the drain in the 20 months since November 2018.
Yuri, it is not possible Oilex could be receiving more of Cambay. The gspc tender was for the sale of their full 55%. Atb.
Sell*
Is it a sale? The price on investing . Com closed after it and we are still green...?
Someone offload 37m shares? Might be a bargain to be had tomorrow?
Receiving*
GSPC must of put something on the table for Oilex to drop Arb. You don’t just drop it when you are the favourable winner.
I bet the deal on the table will become obvious once the deal is done with the buyer.
If GSPC can’t afford to pay us back, we might be reviving more of Cambay in the sale.
There will be a profit somewhere... why else would Joe let them off the hook?
It’s all price sensitive so I guess we wait for the golden RNS.
well I wonder when this elusive cambay deal will come. Mid August and still we wait quite scandalous. Arbitration would of been a quicker and better result..
