That is also a test which is sent to the lab.
That's a bit confusing. Just watched the NHS video and it doesn't look like our test. Is the govt using other tests as well as ours or are they using various types of kits?

Its a "post your sample back test", the webpage may have been updated, but the process outlined still says post your test back, i.e. no immediate result.
There was.. they’ve been piloting pregnancy antibody tests For a while now.. also this is still on there when you press apply Nothing new at all other than NI added.
The test is a ‘fingerprick’ blood test which checks for coronavirus antibodies.
The test kit is posted to you. It comes with everything you need. You take the test and post your sample back. Then you’ll get your results.

The study has demonstrated that #ODX ABC test not only showing an excellent level of sensitivity 97.7% (great for non lab based test) but more importantly is the only kit capable of showing 100% specificity. That is why it is "a gold standard Test". Even Roch's PCR test has 96.7%

Updated to reflect that the guidance now applies in Northern Ireland.
And the test that was being piloted wasn’t ODX.
Just remember if you are going car shopping at the weekend, it's best to make an appointment in advance with Covid and that....!! ;)
