"That’s a very serious accusation , do you have proof to back up your claim that McManus has been shorting/ trading shares ?"
No proof, but it's my opinion and Winnifriths shorting and connections to McManus is well documented. Winnifirth knew alot about ODX before it was even released, which only came from a handfull of people, and the only connection McManus had out of the gaggle of people was Winnifirth - go figure. And lets not forget all those tweets, the tesla, the elections.. all posted by McManus.
If this post on twitter is serious about ODX suspension then I hope they throw the book at ODX, McANUS and Winnfrith.
Pot kettle black claleybaby...
The stupidity of captain Pinocchio and daft has no limits, I'm just surprised Lse allows two clowns to post wild criminal allegations against McManus without offering proof. Two complete brainless t*ts.
That’s a very serious accusation , do you have proof to back up your claim that McManus has been shorting/ trading shares ?
JC - agreed and it will be interesting to see if they do..if the results like some of us are expecting are not great..the price could well be sub 3p.
As dsaf says..they made such a huge profit on selling whilst tweeting big things are coming.. and the rest of us got suckered in..now they could easily afford
Lets also not forget when they sold out at the high point, they all got vast sums of money from their shares before Winnifrith and McManus started to short it on the way down.. adding £20k is each in comparison is nothing short of insulting.
Placing price purchase , very possible they were told to buy.
Post 01/09/22 they are allowed to buy more shares , not before as per the rules and regulations of being a director of Odx
JC...I suspect that they were told to buy at 4p in the placing/open offer as it would look terrible if that didn't. Not just to share holders but the bucket shop flippers.
If they really think it will go to 12p..then anything even slightly over 4p would be a bargain.
It would also send a strong message to the market..which I think existing sh would welcome.
As I said if the directors are not willing to load up then why should new investors ?
Your correct they could have bought in March at these levels the low was 3.07 , april might have been tougher with a low of 3.64 , then with the mm spread realistically they only had March to buy cheaper than the 500000 shares @ 4p each they purchased in June 2022 imo
jc - they could have bought at any time prior to 2 months before announcement of final results. the sp has been "cheap" for months.
"Dsaf- "profitable and cash generative Health and Nutrition divsion"
Have you now been silenced?"
They said the same about covid.. and we all know how that ended!! They can type all the big words to suck the idiots into this like you are trying to do, but then get burnt when it comes to the financials. Don't forget, under AIM rules they have to publish sales, and to date, unless i'm blind there's not been a single RNS showing any sales of CD4.
Well done for using a full stop at the end of that post.
Glad you informed the famous five as they wouldn't have believed any of the other posters here.
Directors are limited as to when they can legally buy and sell shares. They cannot trade between the closing of the financial period and the reporting to the market of that information, often two months later.

Have you now been silenced?
Al Nafir 2.25 York 5/1
I'll go with contents of RNS dated 03 August 2022 telling us about sale of CD4.
"The sale now allows us to focus all our efforts on the profitable and cash generative Health and Nitrition division"
"a broadening of our product offering and embracing digital technologies. We have refocused our business and are dedicated to delivering personalised nutrition diagnostics going forward.
I will take notice of that as opposed to your daily comments.
Dsaf you've got to be in it to win it. If you haven't got any shares here you will not benefit.
I wouldn't have called you and caleybaby childish.. clueless maybe..
No that is what you all post Sheer Rubbish. Childish comments posted by a few.
"Rubbish."
Finally Kate.. we agree.. the share is as you say, UTTER Rubbish!
Rubbish.
Next place will be 1p . Happy with share from 100p to 1 p .
Trying more scaremongering, these posts just don't make sense.
dsaf - the auditors would have to sign off that the company is a "going concern"
they have some cash but we don't know cash burn....if they lose the gov dispute that is their cash wiped out
they are then dependent on the FT which they have already admitted needs funding.
the plot thickens...maybe that that is why the directors are not buying more shares at this so called "cheap" price?
Captain haven't you woke Trader yet, he seems to be drinking more and more nowadays. Obviously found Big Jocks supplier.
Do you mean the unused Overdraft facility which we had in place, just in case we didn't sell CD4?
