Ok.... so much for that theory then!
Coro rns 3/12/19
"Coro Energy plc, the Southeast Asian focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that the Group has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (the "SPA") with Zenith Energy Ltd ("Zenith") for the proposed disposal by Coro of its entire Italian Portfolio for a total consideration of £3.9 million (the "Disposal")."
Conditional so not certain to have gone through yet.
SBP I thought the Itailian asset sale has been agreed with ZE, have I missed an update on that?
"They just might make it work if they pick up a decent second asset."
opp03ite... That is the gamble here, no more no less. I think it's worth a punt.
Thanks Secret, so a fiddle and a hop then asset wise and a double win for C4 directors and all at the expense of the tax man and current holders.
They just might make it work if they pick up a decent second asset.
Coro Energy (C4 team) is looking to divest its production asset in Italy, because oil and gas exploration in that country is being increasingly banned. Consequently there is no exploration upside and Coro focus is moving to SE Asia. No-one is interested in Italy because of the exploration ban. They need a new home for it to leverage value
I expect the production asset in the RTO is the Italian asset to make max profit from the NUOG tax losses and generate revenue. I also expect the new NUOG to go elephant hunting where it is allowed, such as Gulf of Mexico (Cuba?)
opp03ite, the RNS are in the Coro bb not here.
Italy, better than the last one, what was it Cuber lol. Sorry, did I miss an RNS Secret?
SBP What sort of mkcap do you think that deal might bring?
"Be interesting to see if these guys come up with a transaction before the 6 month countdown clock hits zero."
They have one "oven ready" as Boris might say , in Italy.
Rollovers for sure. Be interesting to see if these guys come up with a transaction before the 6 month countdown clock hits zero.

Hi D
I have attended the last 3 in Manchester but not going to London.
It will go up or down like most shares..!! The AGM is Friday something to look forward to Lod...are you going to be attending with your 1 share since you are such a concerted shareholder with the amount of effort you put in here?
If these aren’t rolled over what will happen to the shareprice?
A series of "back to back" trades methinks not Buys or Sells but a series of sale and repurchase transactions with a marginal benefit to the MM to cover the "cost"....
£175k of confidence???
Thanks SBP
Rollover trades all seem to go through at the ask price, and the broker takes £500 or so from the transaction. I don't think any shares are bought and sold in the market. They never seems to affect the share price.
There are several lots of them today. Probably all T20s expiring and the holder confident of a RTO announcement.
Interesting I thought that but the offer was 0.050 on the first two 30k so I can’t see you would pay premium to buy and sell your own stock?
Could they be linked to B&B transactions?
From when???? I don’t think so
The 30m and the 70m are both parts of rollover's
