With effect from Monday 2 October 2017, New World's International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") will be disabled and the Company's securities will be withdrawn from CREST. The Company will issue share certificates to those shareholders who currently hold their shares in CREST. This will now save the company a lot of money. The Directors have worked very hard to turn this around & they have plans to restore shareholder value. This is just the start for Eridge Capital Limited. Hopefully a very profitable company in the making.

Flip Flop's Flip Flop Army! Adam Reynolds is Good News.... No wait.....Adam Reynolds's departure is Good News....Don't worry there's an actionable plan.... No wait.....Time Will Tell!!!! PMSL.....
As a member of the shareholder group supporting this I can say it's good news. The whole situation is a mess: there is now an actionable plan in place and Nick Lee/Ben Turney can focus on getting the company into shape with a recovery. Time will tell.
it sounded like there was some kind of disagreement between Ben and Adam in the background and the below is just window dressing
News in my book...took the money for Big Sofa and left us holding the baby...should have stayed and helped got us relisted..very poor Adam
not sure what to think, as long as it relists in some form I'd like my money back

In the EGM notice it says "deal with the proposal to re-domicile the Company and change its name". After NEW were de-listed, i now have a phyiscal share certifcate. Should we change our name and re-list, i assume i can still prove i own shares in this newly named company when i want to get the shares back with a broker in an online account? Any advice appreciated! Never dealt with a de-listed stock before. Thanks! :-)
