i think we all know the importance of this , the figures do not stack up for both L/N and theatre .
and this is for a very long time . saying that we will be at 2 tomorrow !! :)
also( this is a very minor point) there will be a certain sense amongst some of the customers who will feel in some way "cheated" by having to pay upfront and then get their money back. All will no doubt be refunded, but there will be some (perhaps illogical) psychological residuary feeling of having lost out. there will be certainty of delivery with melody.aimo

Hopefully, Where there is a negative there is a positive, for all the disappointed people wanting to attend the ‘Drive In’ events, they can sit in their cars, homes, offices or hotel rooms and watch the very same artists on the MelodyVR stage, with a limited socially distancing audience providing background atmosphere to the line up of artists destine for the ‘drive in’ event, everyone is a safe winner!! GLA

it would seem reasonable to view this as potentially increasing the importance of melody's role in the scheme of things.other interpretations are no doubt possible though.
