Who holds the 9p Warrants? If these have been taken up early, north of current SP does suggest something is clearly forthcoming.
Only reason I can see 9p warrants would be exercised is to increase a shareholding that they couldn’t do on market. Odd, but in a rush to do so?
If warrants at 9p have been excersised that’s very significant. I don’t think the 9p warrants were due to expire for a few years!!???
Do we think the exercise of warrants at 9p has significance here?
Is something on the cards or were they just expiring?
lordfont your constant inane ramping is a pain and a waste ot time, for me your filtered!
Facebook published its results, it wasn’t based on purely music related news
Did it get mentioned that FB jump 8.17% on the news of FB music on Friday!?
ATVB 2 LTH. * ¿ *
Mel,
You raised the question Re:FB and may I speculate That you as well are In the opinion that this is the direction. Now the picture becomes clearer it may even explain AM’s SKy Interview.
If that the case...is LN partnership/production becomes secondary? For that matter also subscription/monetisation plans?
MrH, so nelly was the last pipe cleaning exercise. We are now waiting for sign off confirmation. News may become public soon...Aug is a good month for that. If only....
Mr H
Perfect post , melody and crew Know what they are doing , there is no point in us thinking we Know better :)
We didn’t heavily promote Nelly because all we needed was a small pool of interest from Joe Public, plus the eyes and ears of the big boys. It was another (perhaps final) test or milestone/hurdle pure and simple. Management are not interested in making serious revenue at this stage, or the sp. What does that tell you?
Mel
It’s a difficult one because with this company we are regularly kept in the dark. With fb It could go either way . Great source of content from melody or completely bypassed direct with artists .
Common opinion is that melody too small to go It alone Or even make a dent in one of the big boys. Revenues , level of activity , comms do not point to melody meeting broker revenue targets. Look at effort behind promoting nelly , almost non existent v expectation.
It could all fall into place and likewise this could drift into oblivion . Share price tells me market thinks the latter , unless one huge game keeping the sp low until take out .
Sp raise last week was a spike trap , nothing else in my opinion . You’ll see .
FB lost interest? One could reach this conclusion as news of engagement dried up. However with the confirmation of FB taking on YouTube, 1st of Aug, we may need to think twice about FB becoming the main contender to take on MVR.

you cant be working for the man and you definitely don't hold any shares , and you certainly never answer any direct questions , so why post ????
Hi Puddin1006, you’re correct in your opinion, what is the significance? Do you believe Facebook is not interested in MelodyVR? Or will there be a renewal of the partnership or is Facebook not interested anymore? It would be great to know your views or prediction? GLA
Did the Facebook deal ever get renewed . May 20 expiry ?
Not one incremental follower since.
theatre/music / advertising -------------------------
got to be worth 1 billion .
yep,you've got it!
Spotify has 130 million paying subscribers. Facebook watch has 140 million daily viewers.
If vrm only got 500k regular users who either watched on average 1 show a month or subscribed for £10 a month that would lead to an annual income of 60 million a year.
How do know someone has thrown a dead cat out out of the window. For some they just won't believe it until they see it bounce.I don't want to be accused of flip flopping but guess what there is a dead cat flying up past my window.
Opti
look we cant all be wrong , i agree with your posts but there is so much good news to land , next 4 weeks will light up the way .
patience for a while longer keep hold of your gold .
Well, music has no ‘sell by date’, if there are quality concerts / individual venues the entertainment factor will still be worth the subscription fee.
From the ‘WHO’ to ‘Liam’ if there are 800 individual recordings with 10 themes that’s still 80 sessions of each type, if they are 30 minutes each it’s 40 hours of solid VR, and the rate they have been adding in 2020 with 3 studio’s I’m sure it will be worth the subscription, then in 2021 we have all the festivals and artist venues. Having watched the recent offerings I have to say I have watched and listened to artists I haven’t heard of before, so for me there is probably 100 hours, that would take me 6 months!! IMO
I think what your saying Mel5 is that after 4 years of flagging around they are ready to start producing something.I just hope these 800 artists they have been working with over the same period haven’t retired.
Hi Optimist59,
I do find your post interesting as an alternative theory, I believe the rise in SP a few years ago was the result of enthusiasm, MZ was predicting 1 billion users of VR, MelodyVR had recorded a Library of events and signed high profile contracts, since then, several large companies have re-evaluated the VR industry and left, with others including Facebook investing substantial amounts and all ours partners investing, MelodyVR have since then concentrated on development and not turning a quick £, this has led to investment house not being able to make simple calculations, however MelodyVR are in a totally different place now, they are established, they have a track record of producing outstanding quality broadcasts to millions of people, they have long standing and new partnerships and investors.
2020 summer was to be the launch of MelodyVR, despite COVID 19, MelodyVR have a product that can offer an alternative to the ‘norm’ and Summer 2020 looks still to be the launch with a modified offering!! GLA
