Lee, Not sure what your game is and you seem to haunt a few BB’s and delight in sowing discord with negative and poorly constructive sound bites. Ex Blueshare? If you are a genuine shareholder talk to the management. It’s easy to hide behind an avatar and criticise. No one can get every investment right. Agreed THR has been a poor one but this was partly due to previous management. The management of THR need a damn good kicking. High on promise but no delivery. .It’s easy to criticise in hindsight. For some reason you have a problem with this company and whatever they do next will probably be criticised by you. Volte face and what would you do? MOD ran out of money the management did not deliver. We now have Sandfire in place. They have the balance sheet access to the capital market and the fire power to drill the KCB. MTR will not have to tap shareholders for cash to support “MOD turbo charged” drill campaigns! Instead MTR have swopped illiquid ex growth MOD paper for liquid SFR paper. MTR will have 3.5% of SFR (a AUD1.09bn ASX company) plus $10m cash for the remaining exploration rights and 2% uncapped NSR potential. In addition a $1.5m dividend. There cannot be many AIM companies in this position; no need to raise cash in the short term, significant liquidity on deal completion, potential exploration upside through KML. I say potential, because nothing is ever given in exploration! But who knows.

Mod up, SFR up and unbelievably MTR up; there must be an error somewhere.
Depends on what their bosses want them to do !!
Then of course anyone who doesn’t have anything to do with MTR will just leave the BB altogether, eh !
Their average is nothing like 3p. Average is around 1.1p re THR.
Well done BigMJ, I suspect as we get closer to deal. As KML results come through etc we will increase in price. Especially as SFR now back at 6.94.
Anyone who has sold shares they don’t have will be looking reverse their position over the next few months, I would guess.
You have to look at all the assets, not pick out the loss making ones.
What is the value to MTR of the MOD deal? (more than our current market cap)
How about KML?
Total value of all of our other investments?
The point being the current market cap is covered by MOD, everything else is a free ride
SFR shares will pay great dividends plus we get the smelter rights win win
its about as sure a bet as you can get on the markets. I guess maybe they have a tax bill at the end of the month or need money for some other purpose
But who's selling and why ? If it's a sure bet !
Nice ! ATB
Good one MJ.
Hi bigmj bought a few more this week myself but paid 1.49 I thought that was low enough, not long until the upturn!!
Hi guys , pretty much every trade today was a buy, I should know as they were all mine, bought 3.8m shares today in total for just under £50k, .13144 average, was quite shocked they managed to fill my order so cheaply , looking at the deal we have an the assets this is crazy cheap, if I carry in like this will soon be needing another TR1.
Also can’t believe how quiet this board as got
