Gold - yeah I think that is one of those where you put the car in the shed and hope in 5 years time somebody wants it.
Great news! Can't remember what my average is but it's ugly... 30p-ish maybe? Gone from totally writing it off to something I can hope for the best from on what will no doubt be a long road! And hi Mark :D
Roobler - I found this in today’s RNS attachment. I’m not totally sure but it seems that we do still have some benefit from iclaprim if it ever creates revenue above the amount shown below.
“14. Subsequent events
In January 2021, the Company divested the ownership of Motif Biosciences, Inc. to Orange Avenue Technologies, LLC ('Orange'), an entity controlled by John Palmer of Tamarack Associates Inc. Mr. Palmer, through Tamarack Associates Inc., was previously appointed in early 2020 as the sole Executive Officer of Motif BioSciences. Under the Stock Purchase Agreement with Orange, the Company will receive 90% of the revenues received by Inc. from iclaprim, above a $250,000 threshold.”
I’m not a legal guy so whether this lapses or continues when the new company is formed is anyone’s guess. But I feel, this condition was meant to protect our ‘failed’ drug from being lost forever from those that fought hard to monetise it. This drug has a long history and for sure is not the last time someone tries to get it approved. It will happen one day. For now though we should park this and look forward to the ‘new’ team and their business plans and products. Rather exciting!

Shoeshinelad. It’s possible but I doubt it.
With a RTO the way to look on it ( and this will sound harsh) is that we all invested in a failed company and that company is gone kaput finito! And along with it the staff, assets everything including our investment and our love of Valentine’s Day (LTH will get that bit)
But ….
By way of compensating us long suffering shareholders we are being “given” shares in the upcoming ipo of a fantastic new prospect in a similar field that we hope will reverse our appalling luck with the old company and make us a sizeable chunk of our investments back and who knows we may even see a profit before long. Often getting in with even a small number of shares at this point (pre ipo or in our case pre rto) gives huge returns of the multi bagger variety.
: )
And that is glass half full, turning a frown upside down for you!
We still get a kick back when they pass it on over n above a certain amount
I thought Iclaprim had been sold to Orange Avenue?
Just a thought, with JG being retained on the board by the new Company, could this have anything to do with Iclaprim being included in the deal ?
Finishing line now in sight. It's been a slow trudge but looks like very good news at last.
