Wookie.....
Have no fear, your shares should one day be worth £thousands [possibly £millions ;-)....]
We long suffering holders have it on good faith from Kettle & his Krew that they are best buddies with the 'Board' and , following in-depth discussions , we can all look forward to seeing Motif rise again, like the proverbial "Phoenix from the Ashes"..........
Just don't hold ya breath !!!

can I get rid of this from my trading account? My 144,310 shares are still showing in my trading account with a value of £432 but of course I can't sell them. When will the company be dissolved?
Hope everyone who has shares here is ok and has made some money back elsewhere.

Now why would Mr Austin set up that company of the above name on the 18th February 2022 and the take over Motif Bio from Mr Gold and Me Lumsden?
Sounds like they will transfer Motif Bio into Motif Bio Services and therefore doesn’t look like Gold and Lumsden bankrupted the company so they can carry on with their greed escapades at the expense of shareholders as Directors
I would call Mr Austin at Plumtree and ask him for his plans if you care about your money and influence here

I see Mr Gold and Mr Lumsden have resigned from the 1st March (I guess taking a company off NASDAQ and bankrupting doesn’t look good on the CV) and have handed over to Stephen Austin (Investment Banker in the loosest sense) Plumtree Capital is the location of his main work and Sharon Cohen.
I see Stephen was also with Amphion Innovations so is well versed in Motifs catastrophic failure.
I guess this is a step away from the insolvency we all knew was coming.
Nice update from the two cowards. Never expected anything else to be honest
NO no no noooo....
we have it on good authority from Kettle & his Krew that this will rise ......
like a Phoenix from the Ashes !!

Am I right in assuming that this Share is now DEAD? I was hoping that something was going to happen, but it doesn't seem likely now

Thanks, I vaguely remember it being sold for $1 but couldn't remember who to.
Orange Avenue Technologies acquired it for $1.

Exactly, as I said "Profit ... we would now be seeing on our Bivictrix investment" but obviously not necessarily on our MTFB investment.
Jackdaw is clearly trying to make a point that taking the deal would have yielded a profit due to an increase in SP on BVX. But you know that already don't you?
I'm pointing out that it's a fallacy, as the deal on the table was so bad that it needs to 20bag to get close to break even. But again, you know that.
Not really any need for name calling there really is there?
Fine, I'll take your point that you found out about this share via the proposed deal and have made about 30% . Add in what's been lost on MTFB here and you'll be down still, as admitted by saying you are recovering your investment.
Point is, the implication by Jackdaw is that we would be in profit had we taken the deal, when the reality is we would still be very much down
Yes if does you rtard as without the deal that was proposed I would not have heard about BVX! SO thanks to the deal which you and others voted down I am well on my way to recovering my investment!
And I bought other completely unrelated shares and made money. Doesn't really have much to do with MTFB now does it?
Take your point that BVX is in profit for those that bought in when it listed, but Jackdaw is clearly posting in relation to the "what could have been" from MTFB.
I could post at how well VLS is doing lately. Not really relevant is it?
That would all depend SteJsteJ as some of us took positions in BVX after the deal didn't go through. Personally I took £5000 at 20p so am more than happy.
Well no, as we would need BVX to 20 bag in order to offset the share consolidation. I see it being up only about 10% so still a 93% loss if the deal had been approved.
Come back to this thread when BVX is at 400p and we can talk about what might have been
... we would now be seeing on our Bivictrix investment.
