I don’t think they have to announce it has it has already been mentioned before and it a small amount - only need to announce if there is a material change that could substantially impact its share price, in order to ensure the market is properly informed.
Funding situation @Mosmanoilandgas At 0.025 there is £500,000 for warrants to be exercised. Which further strengthens the company’s cash position #MSMN https://twitter.com/Share_Talk/status/1786414072696602716
Thank you John
Monday is bank Holiday so Tuesday hopefully. They have to RNS when they receive the payment otherwise they are in breach of AIM rules.
Today
Rubbish, 5 working days from RNS is latest Monday, expect RNS earliest Monday, more likely Tuesday but who knows maybe it will land later?
Anything pertinent to add crewy?
You are like a unflushable turd
They had 5 working days from Monday - so where is it? Tick Tock.
I don't think they're going to pay it, project is dropped, and then this share will really be in the mud.
Where is it?
£85000 should be in next few days.
Best of luck with MSMN, Andy Carroll.
You all do know that Directors' emoluments last FY amounted to £500k, the same as in 2022, which is around 20% of the entire MC of the company. Oh, and the annual loss of circa £2mn gets covered by placings of that amount, each year, by the suckers who bailed out that crumby old board.
Carroll has a truly uphill task to deliver net cash flow sufficient to avoid placings in the future, despite the rosy coloured rhetoric coming out from his soundbytes.
Time will tell.
Looks pretty promising to me. Permit. Funding due soon.A large and potentially prosperous area already with a bit of testing done and the only reason to be here for some time. US never looked that great.. Notice one of the posters mentioned took profits a few days back. The other is just a critic for now anyway. Once action starts I suspect this will buzz.
Clearly aimless and fits have no clue spouting off as if they know what is going to happen next know nothing, great to see mosman move on in Oz not like aforementioned , if they can sell on USA assets to source next drill and. Progress Oz all good no matter what others would want you to think , dyor awe ra best sweaty
Good to see them starting to get the message out already and to put a face to the co imo..

Yes they will only excute when we are comfortably pass 0.03- 0.04 and all up to the warrant holders. Key is Andy seema to be happy with the cash position.. All doubters on here that were spouting crap on the approval rns day.. Good to see finally market at ease.. Payments coming from greenvale and oil and gas reveneues. Come on msmn still at £2 million mcap
Excellent update, thank you for sharing John
Great factual post John. At 0.025 there is also £500,000 for warrants to be exercised. Which further strengthens the cash position.
The sale of Stanley is close and will test the market cap. They have plenty of cash to further develop Cinnebar which has substantial reserves to optimise. Helium is progressing nicely which is supported from cash generation; all looks good!
Quote from Andy Carroll - MSMN CEO in Sharetalk interview yesterday 1st May 2024
https://www.share-talk.com/mosman-oil-and-gas-lonmsmn-ceo-andy-carroll-progress-at-ep-145-project-with-govt-approval/
Q "IS there anything you can tell me about the funding situation"?
A "Yeah so we periodically put out our cash balance along with our quarterly production, our recent querterly production in the US is strong which indicates revenue and cash flow. The cash number is strong and now that we've got the final approval for this Northern territory farmin we get a lump sum cash paymnent from Greenvale and we also get reimbursed the expenditure from a couple of months back that we've been progressing the project with long lead items and consultant fees, so we also get that reimbursed by Greenvale.so you know... cash balance is STRONG it's gonna be stronger in the next few eeks as thos payments are received so there's no reason why we should be looking to raise capital in the forseeable future"
Q. "And so basically you're in a sweet spot in terms of what's there in the ground and also your financial position too?"
A. "Yeah we have talked about the fact that unlike other exploration companies we actually have revenue income from the US assets but we've got options there as to ways to commercialise those US assets. We have announced in RNS that we are looking to sell those US assets...."
Imagine they'll RNS when they have finance.
Re Mt Winter1 should be taken onboard they're after the hydrocarbons ae well as the helium. helium has become popular but they had 67m's of oil shows too which I believe they can exploit if helium is a no show at that location?
"Fig.5 Local Geology & Seismic Grid-the Grid is connected to a track leading to a main road so access for additional surveys and drilling should be reasonable.
Several significant oil shows were encountered in Mt Winter #1:
a. The basal Stairway Sandstone 150m-190m (40m) with bright blue white fluroescence and a moderate to fast yellow cut; oil was also reported in the drilling mud over this interval;
b. Sporadic poor shows in the Horn Valley Siltstone source beds;
c. Live oil in sandstones of the Johnny’s Creek Beds 1,734m-1,761m (27m); this
occurred with common heavy black residual oil exhibiting yellow fluorescence and instant yellow to green cut. Gas up to C6 (hexane) was also recorded in this interval.
Some comments were made in the Mt Winter #1 WCR that some of the more porous and permeable sections in these intervals may have had oil displaced by drilling fluids further into the formation; a common occurrence when onshore drilling in Australia was dominated by water gel barites mud types which were frequently overweight.
The few recordings of mud weight were in a range approaching 9 ppg, ie definitely moderately overweight for a saline marine formation fluid and possibly heavy enough to displace oil into the formation."

Anyone know if Georgina hit the £5m subscription for ipo yet?
I found this interview to be very well done. Very promising months ahead and the cash position is sound with the lump sum and reimbursement.
Nomad said yes :) Andy Carroll, CEO of Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (LON: MSMN), spoke with Share Talk with the news that the company has received the final Government approval on the Farmin of its Australian project EP 145, in which Mosman currently holds a 100% interest. https://www.share-talk.com/mosman-oil-and-gas-lonmsmn-ceo-andy-carroll-progress-at-ep-145-project-with-govt-approval/

Botham, thanks for the link. I had seen it before, one of dozens I’ve seen over the years, with AC, JB and supportive analysts.
I’ve been following the detail for many years, as I said, I find it engrossing and can understand the attraction of a speculative investment. But I’ve also become familiar with the deflections that are introduced in these interviews, which can easily mislead a listener who isn’t already familiar with the story.
AC mentions the two drills on EP145 which were not tested for Helium because they were not drilled to sufficient depth – the implication is that if they had been drilled deeper, they would have encountered Helium. But listen closely – AC does not say these wells will be re-entered. Hence my post directed to you. Read the RNS – statements must be true and accurate.
Why would they re-enter? When these wells were drilled decades ago the prospect was oil. What are the chances that these well locations are the optimum Helium hotspot based on current and to be acquired seismic? Answer, zero.
Which is why I also find Georgina Energy’s plan to re-enter wells on Hussan and Mt Winter-1 as a cheap option, but likely, an unsuccessful outcome.
I don’t think I’ve posted here since late 2022, but I’ve previously posted on the misleading claims based on high concentrations of Helium. I’ve referenced academic papers that reported high initial concentrations on wells referenced by AC, but the flow rates dropped off to negligible with weeks, i.e. not commercial. Given the current high price of Helium, a few years back Central Petroleum conducted a study of commercial Helium extraction in the basin. I’ve read the report, but don’t remember the reason the project never went ahead. More recently an Asia Helium company agreed a JV with Central Petroleum and a free carry on a drill for Helium, but they never came up with the funding. Last I heard CP were claiming for their costs in the JV.
