We’ll put and do appreciate others views and vision.
The reason I say ABDX is because they could be a bargain and have cash in the bank so a way getting our hands on the technology, products and cash at a reasonable price if executed properly however do we really need it!. I’m sure the board are casting an eye on companies like these that are suffering and may offer potential value at discounted prices compared to 12 months ago.
I actually feel the products we have are great and I’m sure they will take off as people become more aware of the benefits.
I’m still need to know the figures of sales and know the revenue potential and how the products will transform the Mhc current model which clearly has been born out of Covid revenue.
I genuinely believe the board have done an amazing job at MHC and fact we are able to bring in so much revenue at a time when others are struggling is testimony to the the team so thumbs up. However it’s time to really inform us of the next level products. The key is revenue and if we get a sniff that the products are selling well this could really take off however margins will also be looked at given we have to pay Amazon etc. On a positive note many shops will struggle to survive under current pressures within the economy so Amazon sales may prove a great strategy in the long run however getting people to know we exist is the challenge and offering incentives to have our products over competitors another challenge. I believe we are onto a real winner however the figures will decide out future. Have any of us as investors used the products?. I d like to know how they felt it went and personal opinion if there’s anyone on here that have used MHC products.
It really does feel though that this company is always being judged on the next 6-12 months of COVID revenue, then when results are published and they beat the expectations the analysts go "oh.. well okay it was still up this HY but let's wait until the next 6 months to see again" then rinse and repeat. Feels like that's whats happened the past 4 HY to me anyway..
On Acquisitions/Takeovers:
- MHC have completed 2 takeovers in recent times, both of which seem to have been fairly successful on a whole. I'm not sure ABDX is a smart choice for MHC though.
- There may be much better placed private equity firms that MHC could buy out and take on their product range to boost revenue diversity immediately.
- However, on the flip side MHC will be wanting to preserve cash as much as everyone else during these times, so I'd hope the board are making the best with what the assets they have acquired so far
Key Items I'm waiting to hear about:
- Next batch of products [what, when & where]
- Revenue breakdown for COVID/Non-COVID (obviously when enough data is gathered)
- Getting these in physical healthcare shops [Boots, Lloyds, Holland & Barrett]
- Supermarkets[?]
- Updated investor presentation & timeline along with an investor Q&A like we had last October
- Another director buy, preferably Penny

I would also suspect that the markets may also believe that the Covid revenue is likely to drop however I think this may not be the case as I know loads of people catching Covid tests and having to pay for tests. The government clearly believe Covid is a threat still however the government need to keep the economy moving.
I also believe we have the cash to mop up other companies that could fit our growth strategy like Abdx. This is just a personal opinion so don’t shoot me down please. I think Covid is just a warning to the dangers of infectious diseases and how they can effect the world so hopefully more emphasis can be put into prevention and testing. I’m thinking a RNS shortly and then things really can move.

Today is crazy. The board has been quite for weeks and bingo. We should talk on here more often lol. Any way I also agree with you we’ve had nothing but good news however I’m very confident in MHC hence I’ve took a large position. The fact is the radio silence on the performance and sales numbers for new products is what’s caused the drop and pause in share price. Roll on Good Friday today and boom time looking likely and I strongly expect positive news to follow. Someone must know something but hopefully it’s for really and we get back to 2.5p near term. Any way what a good day today when everything else seems to be falling. Well done and good luck to all investors
It’s completely unrelated to Mhc?

Anyone else seen this pop up? Has come up top on my Google search when searching MHC to get to this LSE.
Only seen it today, wonder if that's the reason for this small movement ??
