Ok, thanks. So in the case where warrants aren't noted in the account, it's just up to the warrant holder to keep track of how many warrants they have left etc?
Think you're confusing the shares you may buy with the warrants with the warrants themselves again Camkite. I'm not talking about the shares - yes I'm aware you have to pay for the shares and phone your broker etc. to exercise the warrants. I'm talking about the warrants themselves!!!!
Not to mention how many!
There must be some record of them somewhere though surely. Or is it just up to shareholders to remember that they have them and know when they are available to be exercised? I'd be very surprised if nothing appeared in the account!
I think we're confusing the warrants and what happens if/when you exercise the warrants here. Yes if you want to exercise the warrants you have to pay 80p - that's the point of the warrants. But the warrants themselves are free to qualifying shareholders i.e. those in as of 5pm 5th Jan!!
No that's definitely not correct Camkite, we don't have to buy the warrants!!
The warrants should appear in our stockbroking accounts around 24th February I would guess (180 days prior to the expiry date). Not held warrants before so I'm assuming that's how it works. Should hopefully get more details in the GM next week.
Or perhaps 7.5m shares at 200p and acquire a company worth £25m
Hello all, Any idea of how we get hold of our warrants? I've had these shares for a few years now and REALLY pleased to see that they have gone up so well.
Or maybe 10m shares at 125p with 5m 100p warrants.
They will issue 15m shares at 100p and acquire a company worth £20m.
fast forward next week & £3m placing completed Gives us market cap of (34m old shares plus 10m new placing shares) 44m shares at 35p = £15.5m 80p warrant target price = £35m mkt cap - so an increase of £20m in market cap value So what do pi's here think they will do to increase the cap by £20m, knowing full well they only have £3m in cash - assuming they invest this next month, do you think it will increase by nearly 7 fold? Also if they have a buyer for the coal asset, why would Zorbas of sold out his shareholding for just 20p, knowing if he stayed on he could of got more - plus he is the other 40% owner via Vietnam Coal Ltd, renaming of NWT Uranium Ltd (68% less MCC's 28%)
Always a bit nervous being out of CLON, not got as much as I usually hold in the bottom drawer atm so will need to top up before news. Same with CLP... which is on special offer today. Private BB ... haha. Love that.
Cam Clon will see some daily rises and fall back because their government on a 2week break so ratification news can't arrive yet.All them buys should of pushed it through 65 it just dropped to quickly.
