There is no due diligence on AIM and I invested in the falling sword of Proxama as a punt, so was invested prior to MS’s arrival. I had no reason to distrust anybody in the new setup.
After a very difficult time and chasing a heavy loss it eventually changed with positive news and exceptional communications, and a loss turned to profit.
That all changed the day they put out the (imo) deceitful bolstering RNS in a panic stricken attempt to maintain the required average to get the Placing away. As HappyRob says it wasn’t intentional, but it was either bad advice, inexperience, greed or possibly a bit of each?.
In answer to your last question I don’t buy to sell, I buy and hold. Even with my distrust of the bod the share potential hasn’t changed.
Nobody that frequents this board can deny that the communications are abysmal, and although there is apparently lots going on??,... the bod should be communicating it to the shareholders. They continue to show utter contempt to everybody invested imho
I have to say you are doing a good job of keeping my personal sentiment on the board!

p.s.
Perhaps you would like to share with us what Mark Slade has been saying!
Wrong (again). Have been investing >30 years. “USED to.... “ thus not recently. Why not recently? I make it a habit to contact CEO’s of the companies I’m invested in on a regular basis. As I do with LSAI.
Personally I would not invest in any company whose directors I don’t trust.
See no rationale in trusting my money to incompetent and/or untrustworthy people?
You do though. Why? You’ve 41 years of experience. Surely there must be better places to invest your time and money in?
This will make you smile seeing as you’re not a serious investor...
I have been investing sooo long that other than constant telephone calls to my Broker I (and everybody) had to wait until the following day to get the news paper to see if we were still solvent !!

I wouldn’t normally consider justifying anything on a relatively anonymous bb, but seeing as you are amusing me!
As I mentioned in the “One trade, or the accumulation of many - 16 Oct '20” post, I’ve been investing for circa 41 years. I’d guess before you were born?..
In answer to you question, I used to speak to MS via email regularly, and I went to the first LSAI AGM and the Investor Event, and I spoke to MS and DR and others at LSAI in some detail, and other investors including some members of this bb.
What about you?..
I think MS and DR have been purposely deceitful, and consequently are untrustworthy. In my opinion that can never be undone !!
I am sure all serious investors have subscribed for the webinar with inmarket and liveramp
A very telling answer. You haven’t. Thought so.
Lol
Aerial- You being a serious investor: when is the last time you’ve contacted the company? Had a phone call with the CEO or something alike? Or are you just a keyboard-hero?
I never stop learning.
And I haven’t said that anything said on this board is affecting what the company is doing, that would be absurd.
I’m sure though that a very thinly traded share price is effected by repetitive negativity.
You’re right about one thing though: I’m not a serious investor. LOL.
Poignant right now!

As I said you have a lot to lean, as if you seriously think anything said on this board will affect what the company is currently doing, or the eventual outcome you are more of a clown than I thought !! There are some serious investors on this board, and I’d guess you are not one by time value or volume. One trick ponies come and go, we’ve seen it all before. I’d be careful of what you wish for as my unpublished thoughts, (with your thinking) could crash the SP pmsl.
The repetitive talks about the past. Yes, we know about the war, time to move on and look ahead!
Yeah Rob, right.
Some people just don’t have what it takes to be an investor. Can’t accept sometimes things do not exactly turn out the way they imagined.
Must be the same people while seeing someone walk on water, commenting: “he can’t swim”.
I’m deeply wounded, I’m learning level 2 what’s that?
I don’t get it
I don’t think what happened with the placing was Intentional
I just find all the negativity depressing when there’s so much positive stuff happening right now.
