Lets be honest LND will never develop BAM. Their only chance of an exit is a cheap sale.
Imho LND could get between £10-15M 7-10p a share a potential 3-4 bags
Its a mid-tier asset, mid-tier growing producers tend to buy in shares or shares + cash because they still preserve cash to develop existing assets. Its a good asset especially at 2300 gold, even 2000 gold, or 1800 gold. Gold price during the strategic review hit 1600, there was not than much spare cash lying around.
Needs some form of a deal here.
Pump fizzling out.
Dont look at their share price look at the profits they are generating.
Suitors are sitting on huge cash piles and will be buying LND with cash not their on paper.
Imho reason no suitor is the asset is lower tier.
April 2022 GDX 40
September 2022 GDX 22
Suitor share prices down 45% during 'phase 1' strategic review.
Please elaborate how the suitors where suffering.
Once it gets to a good price of 1p then good time to buy
That was one of the leading theories posed on here panda. Strategic review failed because potential suitors were suffering.
That and project too small, grade to low, too inflation sensitive etc which were also suggested.
LND did the strategic review at the wrong time when the gold price was depressed.
There will be much more interest now with gold breaking out to new all-time highs and producers will have lots more free cash on their balance sheets to purchase new projects
If they've got a deal coming and it's 18 months later than they hoped then any long term shareholders who are averaging multiples of the current share price will be coming out break even or with next to nothing for their porridge while people buying in today make instant multi-bags.
Difficult to imagine that's happening David. Sickening if it is.
If you want to "blame" me for LND not pushing out a new updated presentation (as i was told) then no problem.
Maybe ask yourself why the Company had not produced a new updated presentation?
Join the dots with shares up sharply higher this morning...
Autumn 2022 panda, gold price $1650, share price 18p.
Spring 2024, gold price knocking on $2,300, share price 2p.
Obviously they need funds to finish this for sale or to accept a JV, but the NPV pretty well doubles between $1,800 and $2,400 if I recall.
Got to be a screaming buy at such a low share price given the break out in the gold price.
The company has spent around £40 million on proving up the gold resource at BAM.
Whichever way you look at it, sub £5million market cap for an advanced gold project with a 1.5million in a safe jurisdiction has to be worth far more than that
Bag of poo this company has become, spent over £40m proving up gold that no one wants.
Tbf Jungian Bill cashed his options in all the way down. Options have to be based on both market price and expectations to be a target for the owners.
Obviously both of those are terrible right now.
Gold at a record high, Landore at a record low. Management good at giving themselves loads of stock options
Not so good at actually managing. If anyone can remember 'The Three Stooges' Well here they are
Even Storm Exploration getting up off its backside over the last month.
You have to be impressed just how consistent David Burton has been over the many years he's been ramping the backside out of this stock on a nudge, nudge, wink, wink basis that he knows something we plebs don't.
Consistently poor that is, with a reputation in the gutter.
Hello Landore
Everybody who owns a company with an unloved gold asset will see this and think Barrick are talking about them but
Looking for something in Canada.
Upside potential/expansion is how Bristow has always added value, both at rand gold and barrick. Pay for a small one that might be a big one and make it into a big one.
If the soil sampling is to be trusted there's 4-6moz open pit. If it goes to depth as greenbelt does, there's millions more ounces below.

It’ll be interesting to see where the gold price settles at, can easily see the $2500 - $3000 range and that should put an absolute rocket to the current Mcap here.
Still elephant in the room is the 2 moz resource estimate that’s supposedly required to get this sold, will landore need that size of resource at a good price of $2500?
Who knows, certainly an interesting prospect at these levels.
“Leak” no leak here. This is the wise ones picking up a stock that so oversold and unloved it’s untrue. The gold price it’s what’s bringing them here and you can’t blame them for mopping up shares when LTHs have thrown in the towel.
I wouldn’t put it past the board to F this up but they would have to completely incompetent to not get the SP going north with gold at all time highs and rising.
Looks like a leak.
I spoke too soon. Two trades today. Two!
I also noticed today that Claude's main contribution for his time here, the change of branding from blue and red to green and gold has been undone on the website!
Back to blue and red!
Up next, Bill comes out of retirement?
A fortnight since David Burton said Landore would soon be VERY noisy.
One whole trade so far today. Where are my earplugs?
'New presentation due shortly'. 'Pushing the PR boat out'.
So far, two weeks on, nothing.
